Great location. 5 mins. from shops and the outdoor market, yet quiet and easy to access. It does look a little bigger in the pictures, but the space fit for 4 of us just fine for a 4 day stay. I highly recommend. It was comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with and the place was very clean and cozy.

The property would be perfect for college age people looking for a location within walking distance to town. The unit was an upstairs apartment with very steep steps to get to the second floor. Challenging to bring suitcases up the steep staircase. The renters living on the first floor were loud and woke us up around 2:00 am. Do not sleep with the windows open because the house is located on the corner of a very busy street, and we were listening to truckers and loud cars almost all night. The bathroom was exactly as others described it.

I rented this house for my daughter's wedding for her and her bridesmaids to stay in and get ready. They loved the place and there was plenty of room for them all. We were even able to take some "getting ready" pictures there in front of the windows. It is in a great spot very close to the farmer's market and downtown. Thank you so much for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! You really can't beat the location. It is within walking distance to everything in downtown Holland. This was a wonderful place for our family to stay and served our needs well. Everything was clean and the quaint space was plenty big for the 3 of us.
I only gave 4 stars for check in because I never received the door code from the property owner. He overall was very communicative and responded promptly to my messages. He even allowed us to check in early. When we arrived to the property, a family member was there who was able to contact the owner to get the code. It overall was very seamless, it just would have been nice to have the code in advance.
We would stay here again!

Location of this property is amazing. Quite literally the closest house to downtown and 8th St. <5 min walk to the entire downtown. Apartment was super clean and functional for me and my two friends. Kitchen was updated and nicely stocked with utensils and plates. Definitely not a complaint, but one thing to note… for tall or larger folks, the bathroom is an interesting experience. The pitch of the roof makes it a little difficult to use the toilet or vanity space. But the bathroom was very clean and usable. Would certainly stay here again in Holland.

We had an amazing stay here for our Valentine’s Day weekend, it’s within walking distance of everything downtown, had a cozy inside perfect for a weekend away. The host was great and Holland was beautiful. We will certainly come back again!

Overall this is a great property for a weekend away. The space was very clean & well cared for. We had a few issues & Seth quickly addressed them for us. Keep in mind this home is on a busy street & you'll hear the traffic.

This home was so picture perfect! We had an amazing time here, everything was beautiful & immaculate! The hosts were beyond FINOMINAL with responding to details for check-in & having detailed instructions for everything in the home. My husband and I stayed in Holland with some friends and we thought the location of this property was just perfect! We were close enough to walk everywhere. The property itself was cozy and clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with glasses and all of the essentials. Seth was easy to reach out to and flexible when we had to add a couple of guests onto our stay at the last minute.

Cute little house close to the downtown shopping area, restaurants and fruit market. The house is on a corner lot with one of the roads a residential road and the other a bit busier but that did not bother us at all.

Conveniently located to downtown. It seems like it was close to everything including lake Michigan. I love the town of Holland and would definitely recommend visiting this beautiful town.

We were in town for a family wedding. The city had torn up the road and sidewalk leading to the entryway, so thre was mud everywhere. Seth was helpful in laying plywood down so we could access the door and our car (in long dresses and heels) without getting muddy. The apartment is small but comfortable. We enjoyed the downtown stores and the farmers market. Thanks!

Girls weekend
Location is great to for everything holland has to offer. Close to downtown shopping and dining. The police station is directly across the street however very little noise (I think we only heard sirens once and it was still early in the evening). Only real issues we had were the directions and the stairs. All the surrounding streets are one way streets and your GPS will tell you to turn at the light on 9th and pine, don't. you go through the light and its the very first driveway on the left. The property is on the second level of the house and the stairs are pretty steep. But other than that everything was clean and there were adequate sleeping places for everyone.

The accommodations at this downtown cottage were perfect for us. We explored the city for 3 days and never had to drive. We loved the parks, pathways, and cityscape.

The upper-level apartment was comfortable and conveniently located; and the host, Seth, was communicative and cordial. The only downside was that the bedrooms were noisy due to its being located on a busy intersection. That said, our opinion is that the convenience of the location outweighs the noise of it, and we would consider staying there again on a future trip to Holland.

Nice upper flat on the edge of downtown Holland. Easy walk to parks and most attractions. Mornings could get a bit noisy from traffic, but if you're from an urban area, it wouldn't bother you. Only drawback was not having a secure place to store our bicycles (we elected not to bring them). Owner was very responsive.

Overall great stay, the location was prime, walking distance to downtown, lots of great parks and beaches! The host reached out and offered wonderful recommendations. There was one issue with check in, the instructions were not provided or uploaded by the 4pm check in. I tried to correspond with the host over Vrbo and called 3x's without an answer. We sat in the driveway/hot sun for 40 mins until receiving a text from the host with instructions to get in. It wouldn't have been a big deal but I was traveling with an infant and after a long drive had to use the bathroom! It may have been an issue on vrbo's end, either way I wasn't thrilled at first. However it ended up being a great stay, the apartment was cozy, incredibly clean, and the location couldn't have been better!
