We stayed here for a 3 day work trip. Although we were not at the home often during the day, it was nice to come back to. It was extremely clean, updated and just as the add stated. I would consider staying here again in the future with my family to take advantage of the local hiking and dining options.

This was a nice house, kitchen was fine, washer and dryer were fine. Rooms were nice and bedding comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. However when we arrived, there were linens left unwashed in the washer. There was a pile of blankets, comforters, plastic covers, etc., in the main floor bedroom closet. There was also a lot of clutter in the playroom closet. This needs to be straightened up and stored in a place where it won’t be in the way of guests. Also there was a number to call if we needed a trash pick up. The person on the phone couldn’t give us any information about where to leave the trash to be picked up and there were specific instructions not to leave it in the outside bin, so we just put it in the laundry room until we left. These were fairly minor issues but I did want ti mention them so the owner can correct these. The house was comfortable and the location perfect for everything we wanted to do.

The cleanliness and location were great. The house was well kept and outfitted, and was a perfect fit for our family of 6. However, at check in, the codes provided did not work and the phone number listed was “experiencing heavy wait times” and kept disconnecting us. We eventually got in using a text option which was much more responsive. Due to “frequent bear activity” there is no permitted use of outdoor trash cans. So you have to keep all of the garbage in the house for the entirety of your stay. They claim you can call for pick up if needed during the stay, but at first they told us they wouldn’t come, then said they’d come “between 10 am and 4pm” one day, meaning we would have to sit home a day of our trip to wait. On the last evening of our stay, we had some family staying in the area come to the house for a 2 hour dinner. During that time we received texts and a phone call from Vacasa telling us they were registering too many people at the house (they gave us a headcount they took) and that NO guests are allowed for ANY period of time. We felt watched and that our privacy had been violated, especially when they did not want to tell us how they knew that another family had come over. It ruined the evening and was a poor ending to our stay. There was no loud music, it was not a party situation, and - for what we paid - skipping a meal out to eat at “home” with friends/family shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, the house itself was great, but we weren’t pleased/impressed with Vacasa.

My family and I spent 6 days skiing in NH and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room for the kids to spread out. The location is perfect for skiing, shopping, or dining out. It it was a wonderful house and my family and I plan on returning!

The house has fabulous gathering spaces, beautiful views, astoundingly comfortable couches and was the perfect place for our crew to reconnect on a rainy weekend!

We visited North Conway (Merriview Mountain Haven) with friends in October. The house was very clean, but it needs some maintenance. The location is great, and the kitchen remodel looks so pretty. We enjoyed the kitchen immensely. The owner is very thoughtful with the items in the kitchen. The washer and dryer is nice. However, both bathrooms are the size of a postage stamps (and I do understand that space comes at a premium)...but we were sharing bathrooms with individuals that weren't related to us. The king size bed was not the most comfortable mattress either...but it wasn't terrible. This house has great bones. The natural wood is beautiful, and there seems to be so much potential here for something truly spectacular. It just needs some TLC. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced. The basement bedroom is cool, and will give you extra space, but it only has a toilet and sink downstairs...no shower. The ping pong table is fun. Overall, the house is nice, and we had a good time.

The fault lies with the management group. Over three days time, we were unable to cook and properly bath. We were unable to leave the house for very long because of the pointless effort that we had to make waiting for phone calls from this management group and service people that failed to solve the problem. We made nine phone calls over this time and left the property early after several days because of this. There still was no hot water etc..when we departed. We spoke with Bob on the phone and he was not notified about this situation until the night before we left and we had to ask the management group to do this and please have him call us. We expect to be fully refunded by this management group and told Bob that this is the right thing to do even if he has to refund us and pursue the management group for reconciliation.

Place was great, nice view and very clean, we had a great time while up there to go tubing on the River, some yard space as well to play yard games. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was in a great location for all the activities that interested us. The house was roomy. The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in, but could have used a little more cookware. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and promptly responded to our needs.

The house was just the right size for 8 of us there. The proximity to town is great. Echo lake is almost a walk away and is beautiful. Everything we wanted and a little more with the things to do that are so close. Thank you!

Perfect location and the house was beautiful! Easy drive to downtown North Conway and walking distance from the lake. Host was quick to answer any questions I had. My friends and I had a lovely time here!

Went on some amazing hikes got some great food and got to swim in the park. Close to everything and a gray house. Wish it was a pool table instead of a ping pong table is the only complaint! Lol but it isn’t really a complain. We had a great time and would come again.

We love this place, a lot of space for everyone. Nice and clean. Close to the center of the town. We definitely book again for our next trip.

The location of this property couldn't have been better. The house was as described. We even tried to book this house again a few weeks after our last stay and it was already booked. Definitely keeping the information for future stays.
