We loved this unit. It was spacious, clean, amazing views, comfy furniture and beds, and all the things we needed for cooking and serving. But stepping off the elevator onto our floor ... it just reeked of cigarette smoke. The lobby smelled great. Even the garage level and cart room smelled fine. The 5th floor, though, smelled of smoke. I called and reported it. The lady seemed concerned and said that she would have someone look into it (this was at 4:00ish on a Friday). I never heard back from her after we hung up, but there must have been something because for the rest of our stay there was an air freshener placed in front of the hallway vent outside the elevator. It really did nothing to stop the smell that soon drifted even into our condo unit. Someone was smoking in the building all weekend and the cone air freshener added to the hallway wasn't the solution. It was disappointing for what could have been a 5 star place.

First let me say I’m a picky traveler. The building is clean and the unit itself is wonderful. They could have easily gotten 5 stars from me except. 1). Upon arrival after a busy day of travel we went to shower and clean up and they don’t provide any toiletries. I’m used to having at least starter amounts of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Had to run to the store and buy all that. Strike 1 2). Although they say they provide beach chairs what is really provided is 1 adult and 1 child, not be at key enough or close for the capacity of the unit. Their was a canopy provided for the beach but it is broken and torn so of no use. They shouldn’t expect people traveling to go out and buy these things. Strike 2. 3). Asked for a late checkout and they said they had the availability to extend to 5. $25 an hour for anything after 10. Strike 3. With that being said I would probably stay here again. The unit and its location get a 5 in my opinion unfortunately the cheapness of the amenities provided and the fact if you wanted beach chairs at a beach front condo you would need to purchase them significantly impacts my rating.

We stayed here for an event and we came from all over the country . The management staff was so kind and the condo was perfect 3 separate suites with a common kitchen and living room perfect!! Clean all amenities included and super secure . I’ll be back!!

This condo was beautiful! It was very roomy, fit our group of 9 perfectly, and decorated beautifully! The beach was never crowded and the pool was also a plus! We loved staying in Ormond beach since it was less crowded and not as commercialized.

We enjoyed everything. The condo was beautifully updated and the property, thought old, was meticulously maintained. Security was a bit over-the-top. We could of used more key fobs because they were needed to go to and return from the beach.
