Everything was nearly perfect.
I would love to repeat the stay when I would be little more less busy to really tour around the lovely location.

The housekeeping company they used were not great. Perhaps it was only a one off but the kitchen area was not clean (a dirty cheese grater and frying pan were in the drawers). The bedrooms were made up really well however

Comfortable and Clean. Friendly, Kind and helpful Host. Less than 2mins walk to Sainsburys, 5mins to Tesco, 10mins to Station and Just down below the flats is the High Street. Parking facilities available. To sum up its just home away from home. Highly recommended.

The location is brilliant, really convenient to walk into town.
Apartment walls are thin, on the plus side I had 4 hours of free heavy base music from the neighbour! Pretty grubby, sofa smelt musky and the kitchen was unclean. Bedroom had clean sheets and the bed was comfy. The ceiling cover for the sprinkler in the bathroom had fallen off. Black mould in the bathroom and the plug didn’t work for the bath! I have also requested a business VAT receipt twice now but have had no response?

Luckily for us, we only had sunny days and clear nights
serene, a splendid view with a wide opening to the horizon, a comfortable bed and many facilities.
We will definitely be back sometime in the near future.

Very hard tap water and it smelled with chloride so had to buy bottled water for tea and you smell like swimming pool after shower.
Toilet flush got stuck sometimes so had to open the lid and manually lift the thing to make it fill with water.
Someone was working on the bottom floor apartment and you could hear the drill really loud for couple hours a day , I actually put complain as I was coming back from night shifts and they started drilling from 12 o clock from now on but it was very loud.
Kitchen could use some more pans , lids and normal size cooking pot - the biggest one was maybe 1L

Really close to town and shops
Had to wash all the cooking stuff before using, old fat dripping out of the cooker hood, freezer really frozen up and nearly useable, plus doors on fridge freezer hard to open because of lack of handles

Clean, modern accommodation in the centre of town
we had a few issues with a broken fan, and non working oven. staff arranged to have this sorted. small issue on day of check out, which was my mistake, but ended up paying a full days charge for check out 2 hours late

pub close by was a bit noise in the evenings, if warm hard to hear and relax with tv with windows or balcony door open

Everything was Perfect ! Central with city center and super market Close, just walk 2/5 minutes. In this house You really feel at home with all comforts ! The staff was incredible lovely I don’t have even one thing to complain ! Thanks a lot I hope come Back soon .

The apartment was clean and tidy, for a one bedroom it was very spacious and the location was excellent all in all very charming and great value for a weekend away 😀

The location was excellent for travelling in the area. The apartment was neat, warm and we appreciated the extra touch of the Christmas Tree. A bonus was the parking facility.
The oven was difficult to switch on so a few instructions would have been handy.

Extraordinary apartment, a very spacious 1 bedroom with absolutely everything we needed for our staying, close to Sainsbury’s, also a lot of shops near by, sparkling cleaning.
Definitely I will come back.

place was very nice
As we were preparing to leave, someone opened the door with a key. It was a cleaner stating that we should have left by now. We were given the wrong time for departure. In expressing this to the host, there was no sympathy or apology for the mistake and we have to rush out. As we left, there was a group of cleaners standing outside the door waiting. It was very uncomfortable.

The location was great, very handy for all amenities. The apartment was clean, quiet and airy, and it was nice to sit on the balcony occasionally. Any problems/shortages were sorted out very promptly.
We wished we had been told about the many stairs in advance. Although there was a lift to the floor, we still had to ascend several stairs and then go down again to access the apartment. Once inside we hadn't expected to need to go down 6 or 7 stairs to get to the bedroom. As we are both disabled it did cause a problem occasionally. Also the property would benefit from a mirror in the en suite, in addition to towel rails and a shelf for toiletries. Our biggest problem was when we arrived, we had to park initially on the road, to get the key and enter the apartment to get the parking permit before we could use the allocated space. After leaving the car for just 10 minutes we came back down to find a parking penalty charge on the car. We feel prospective guests should be made aware of the number of stairs involved.

It was a nice and cosy apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. It has even got a balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped. The host was very friendly and quick to reply to any questions I had. I can’t recommend this enough and I’d happily stay at this place again if I’m in the area.
