Chocolate milk from baby bottle spilled on sheets I was accused that it's was blood when asking about 50 dollar refund.house keeping didn't make it around after the first 2days of the week stay,which was not the problem but staff told me I was hiding sheets by stripping beds,the towels I put in a bag over the weekend staff didn't like that I done that either and place in restroom and trash was gathered nicely, refrigerator cleaned,and manger said it was trashed I took pics of the room he quickly gave me back my refund ,as a pass housekeeper I was helping and I only asked for refund to tip the housekeeper.friday Saturday and Sunday the plumbing backed up in tub and sink,we didn't cook only used stove for tea in the morning.a females staff was very nice and a new young male staff very 👍 nice,but one staff was very rude, disrespectful and unkind upon check out. Oh coffee machines never worked on any day and the vending machine was down as well.nice quite place tho and around lots of things to do.

Absolutely nothing
This location is horrible! The bed sheets were stained, shower curtain stained with blood! The whole trip my son and I were joking about roaches, on the last day he was using the bathroom he looked up and saw a roach, then when I came in it had crawled into its hole. The staff seemed clueless and a child working in the laundry room. OVERALL THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE!

Nothing...because even though we made reservations, when we got there they didn't have any roots. They referred us to there "sister" hotel. The Days Inn. And that was the saddest hotel stay I've had EVER. But that's a separate post.

Hair and permanent stains on sheets. Hair in tub, the facility is an old building that they did painting in and a few other upgrades but you still can tell it’s old. The paint in tub was peeled

Nothing, the bed was subpar and sheets were dingy. The towels in the bathroom were also dingy. Broken lamp shade, hole in wall and cracks in window seal.
The customer service was horrible. The elevator was broken and we were uninformed until our arrival. I was 7/8 months pregnant having to take trips to get everything upstairs.

nothing to like about this property, this is a health hazard. it’s infested with roaches!
This is the worst place i ever stayed in, the place is infested with roaches, i mean a lot of them, bathroom, room. i had to sleep with my luggage in the bed because they were running all on the ground. i have a lot of photos and videos.
they will get in your clothes or inside your suitcase. definitely don’t bring food of any kind.
i was surprised when i arrived at 1am and was told it was an extended stay , i would have not booked this at all. the clerk said it does mention it online that it is an extended stay but i couldn’t find it.
if you don’t want to get sick or bring roaches back home to your house THEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
I already reported them to the authorities for investigation, this many roaches is a health concern and this place must be shut down until further notice or the issue is completely corrected.

I liked it a lot, I stayed for about 3 weeks, the staff is friendly, the rooms have everything you need, I would definitely recommend it, especially if you travel for work.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Room and location wasn't as nice as pictured. Requested non-smoking room but other residents were smoking cigarettes and weed in the halls which could be smelled inside the room.
