Property was exactly as advertised .Location is great close to the beach, wine vineyard and short ride to shoping outlets. Neighborhood was quiet, great for a family get away. Home was located directly across from the club house with community amenities. I did not get a chance to use the pool or courts but staff at the club house was very friendly and helpful. My party was 4 adults and a large dog. family room and kitchen was spacious and would accommodate a large party. Fully stocked kitchen (even had basic cooking spices ) which was great for us because we prefer to cook our meals rather than do take out. There was also a 24 hour grocery store within 5 min or so which came in handy for last minute pick ups. The neighbor hood was dog friendly and every one we encounter had there pup on a leash ,which was a ++ for our reactive pup. Didn't really have any reason to contact the owner except for check in, and we received a quick response. To give a honest review I should mention the negatives. Honestly can't say there were any negatives. I did notice minor blemishes on the carpet as expected for a pet/kid friendly property . But even with that --there was absolutely NO PET SMELL. unlike other pet friendly places .Great overall experience and would definitely stay again for future trips

The home was almost perfect. The first floor rugs and family room sofa needed a good, deep cleaning which the owner said was coming. Other than that it was perfect. Beds were comfy, plenty of room for 11 people. Comfortable sofas and chairs. Screened in back porch, back and front porch. Great location close to pool and restaurant. The beach only a few miles. We will stay again. Thank you Vince!

Our family loved our stay in Ocean View. The home was lovely, with plenty of room for everyone. The beach is a quick 10 minute drive. Our kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. Would definitely stay here again!

We got to the house a few hours early the day of check in. I messaged the home owner to let him know we were in the area. He checked with the cleaners and messaged me as soon as they were done. We were so thankful for that! We walked into the house and everyone was in awe, it is gourgous. Its also big enought that our party of 10 and a dog could escape each other when we needed a break haha! Owner was very responsive when I had any questions, everything was great. We would definitely return.Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This was a great house with lots of space. Great communication with the owner too. Very clean and great location.
Only suggest is bring your own pans to cook with, as the pans are pretty worn.

Our short get-away to Ocean View DE was made even better by staying here. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Located in a golf community made it even better. The neighborhood was quite and very beautiful. The drive to the beach was easy and quick.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. Although it is pet friendly, there was not a trace of pet hair or odors anywhere. My spouse and I, our 25-year-old son and my 82 year old mother and the dog enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. It is very very close to the beach. It was easy to communicate with the property manager or owner. (I’m not sure which he is.) But everything was in mint condition and the house is nicely and comfortably decorated. We would definitely come back again - hopefully for a longer time and with more people.

We visited Bear Trap in the off season and found everything very quiet. The house was well kept and clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all the every day needed items. This was our second stay at the property and we will be returning later this spring.

We had a great time! The house was clean, centrally located to lots of great beach and boardwalk options, and plenty of space for our families. Washer and dryer helped keep us all in clean clothes and let us pack less items for a longer stay!

We stayed at the house first because we had stayed last year. And it was beautiful then. And this year it was just as beautiful. It looks like a brand new home. Except the carpet in the living room has a couple of stains. Other then that Brand New
Home. The home is Located close to Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. Perfect location and Perfect house. And Vincent is wonderful to work with!

Glorious days at October Glory
We have rented 2x and are so pleased with Vincent who makes sure your visit is perfect and the home is ready for renters. The house is perfect for our family and is clean , beautiful, spacious, and well stocked even with little extras that really are appreciated. We love it and will continue to book here. We love the neighborhood and enjoy all the pools and the amenities are great. Thank you very much! We will be returning again soon.

Beautiful family rental
Within driving distances from the beach. we were surprised that this house covered all expectations for the family. We are pretty large so the house had enough rooms for everyone. My selling point was dog friendly this was extremely important for us. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodated us for all of our asks. We plan to book here again soon.

Overall the property was not terrible. However the kitchen was covered in ants the entire weekend. The house was covered in dog hair. The floors were so dirty that after an hour in the house, the bottoms of our socks were black.

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Not far from the beach, dining and stores. Host quickly responded to my messages. Beautiful home with plenty of room for the 6 adults, one toddler and our dogs. Very dog friendly home. Plenty of plates, silverware and cups/glasses for us. Noticed many pots and pans though we were there 2 nights so ate out both and didn’t use these items. Everything was in good working order and clean. We all really enjoyed our stay and would happily rent this property again. It was a great experience.

The location to the pool couldn’t have been better and a short drive to downtown Bethany, arcades, ice skating, playgrounds, and restaurants/shops. All the comforts of home were provided, and little attentions to detail made it even better. The house is very well take care of and equipped with many amenities. We had to communicate with the owner because we forgot a few items after we checked out, and he responded within a few minutes and we were able to get back into the house, very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back again next year!

Fantastic house for our vacation!
We absolutely loved staying at this house for our family vacation last week. It was clean, comfortable, updated and overall really great. The neighborhood is very friendly and the house location is perfect for walking to the pool/playground. Vince was very responsive and friendly. Our group included myself and husband, our girls (ages 4 & 6), our dog, BIL & SIL and 2 nephews (ages 18mo and 5). We look forward to staying at this property again. Thank you, Vincent!

Yes I would recommend this facility but the air conditioning was less than adequate and the grill is a small portable. Facility is very clean and the area is very nice.

This vacation rental is now going to be the one we hope to make memories at for years to come. WE LOVED IT! It was spotless clean and that really means a lot to our family. The house is huge, well stocked and so comfortable. The owner was so nice and quickly answers all questions. . He was kind and helpful. We hated to leave and cannot wait to come back again! Neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and the amenities were great! We enjoyed all of the pools and the hot tub and yummy food at the restaurant. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Nothing negative about it at all to say.

The house was in excellent condition and in a very nice community. Everyone in the community was extremely friendly. The location is just the right distance from the beach to keep it quiet and peaceful.

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very quiet. It was the kind of house that on a rainy day you enjoyed staying in. The out door closed in porch was a great oasis to relax. The owner was prompt and very helpful with any questions. Highly recommended.
