Everything, Alaçatı is an amazing village and Jardin d’Azur is a unique pearl in it. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever eaten

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Nach nur 2 Gehminuten befindet man schon Mitten im Herzen von Alacati.
Das Hotel selbst verfügt über einen wunderschönen Pool, der Garten mit viel Grünfläche ist sehr einladend. Das Frühstück ist überragend und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend, verfügen über eine Klimaanlage und gemütliche Betten.
Vor Allem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken und ganz herzlich bei Osman bey, für seine tolle Gastfreundschaft. Falls wir nochmal nach Alacati kommen, werden wir uns definitiv wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Die Unterkunft war super. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Das Team war total klasse, genauso wie das Frühstück und der Außenbereich.
Leider wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt und am letzten Tag habe ich nachgefragt. Das hätte ich wohl früher tun müssen, da es wohl nur auf Wunsch gereinigt wird. Die Matratze war auch gar nicht mein Fall, aber das ist ja bei jedem anders.

Nice location and friendly staff. And the room was very clean.
Even though we were shown to a very old and small room initially the staff was flexible to change it to a better one (as seen on the booking photos).
When we wanted to order a taxi to a beach club we were offered to drive with their relative and we thought that it was a cheaper option. With a normal commercial taxi that place was costing 170 turkish lira, but we him we paid 350… I would have appreciated to be informed about this extreme overcharging in advance.
Breakfast was very average. You need to pay for a basic coffee. And compared to many other hotels they dont offer simit which we were really looking forward to for that price.

Clean rooms. Very nice and polite staff. The manager was friendly and speaks good English
The shower leaks water. It should be sealed from inside so the floor don’t get wet. But everything else was great.

The hotel was very beautiful, very cosy and comfortable! It makes you wanna stay there longer, we were heartbroken to leave it! There rooms are spacious and comfy, it has everything you need inside. Breakfast was good. Loved the terrace and pool. And the balcony of our room. It’s situated on a very calm street (but you might overhear some music from the clubs coming from far on weekends) , overall this calm atmosphere is pleasant for good rest.
The staff was helpful, but I wish they try a little more too, maybe add more of free/ cheaper extra facilities:)

The location is perfect near the center, but is not noise unlike the other hotels in the center. Great design and nice facilities. The staff is always ready to help.

Really disappointed by the size of the room (not like the picture) for the price paid. There were no place to store our clothes (only 3 hangers). The hôtel is really noisy, I was expecting a more relaxing and calm place …

The Common area with the pool and beach chairs was amazing! The breakfast was also really good. The stadig was really helpful and nice.
Our room was a bit smaller than what we had expected from the pictures and price.

The room was very cramped and small and wasn't very clean.
The staff didn't know English, just some of them knew very little and it made communication difficult.

The location was excellent. Close to the real ancient and vibrant city center and yet far enough to avoid all the noise. Ask for a room at the backside. Staff was really very friendly and gave us extra bedcover to cope with hard beds.
Price was very high compared to the average Turkish breakfast ( no real orange juice but the lemonade versoin, cheapest bread). But overall the breakfast was certainly good.

Perfect place to stay with the family. Double rooms made it easy for us. The garden/pool area is nice to hang out in before/after beach time. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff very responsive. We left something of importance behind and the owner very helpfully assisted us with getting it back.
The only small complaint we've had was about the difficulty of getting coffee before breakfast time (served at 9 am) but we understand most vacationers are not up so early. Also wish the room had a place to hang wet swimsuits... But these were small issues.

Such a beautiful place with very kind host and staff! Delicious breakfast, wonderful garden and close to the city center. Go there and you won' t regret it!
