When I swept the floors there was a lot of dog hair. We do not have a dog. There was also some wrappers and cans left outside by previous renters. We found the beds uncomfortable.

Bbq piece of shi?t beds not great . For a day or 2 its fine but for a week , never again.

Location was amazing

It looked nothing like the pictures...The deck was worn ,faded,stripped no paint left & that would be the same for patio in the back yard.BBQ discusting...The ducked taped fridge a little scary. Also they need to have people do a spring cleaning...The windows and window sills haven't been cleaned for years black gunk and all.If they advertise laundry facilities available they shouldn't have them occupied with their stuff. Wifi password was given with incorrect capitilized letters. Floors will never be clean with such a filthy mop. Had to call the owner for the key location. PS sorry for not saying nice comments but it's the truth. If those problems were attended to I would rent it out again...But not until..I'd need proof though.

It was a nice quiet spot and it was close to the beach. There was a washer and dryer, which is great for longer stays. There’s a cute little fire pit and a bbq.

The fridge was being held together by tape in a lot of spots. The beds and couch were not very comfy, but okay for one night.

Upon arrival the lawn was not mowed compared to the surrounding places and the front deck felt like it was going to break as we were carrying in our luggage. Also could use a few extras like a coffee machine and some sharp knives. It would also be nice to maybe add a book of previous guests or some info about the area such as access to the beaches. We spoke to a nice couple who told us where we could enter on the beach.

Short walk to great beach. Overall just great.

Minor upgrades required (fridge). Air conditioning would be a great feature. No bread knife and bbq lighter
