Comfortable, relaxing and overall a great place to get away.

the location was good since we went hiking in the area

the place is poorly maintained. the stove was cracked, the outside dirty and reminded us of a slam. the inside was clean but dated and many things didn’t work

Beautiful property that was kid and baby friendly during our stay.

We were very excited about the hot tub amenity, but we were informed right before arriving that it had to be drained and was most likely not going to be ready when we arrive which we were okay with since we had other plans for the rest of the day. But came night time the water was still not at set temp so we did not get a chance to use this amenity, which we were a little bummed about. Also when we arrived the cleaning person let us know they were still not done cleaning and had us wait outside for about 30 minutes. We would’ve been okay with this also, but it intervened with our scheduled time at the ski bowl tubing area in mt hood which was an hour after check in time at 4pm. We loved this home but we had some little things that could’ve been better.

Everything was as expected. We had a wonderful time. The location was great to get to skiing, sledding, snow shoeing and the restaurants by the lodge. The goody bag and extra blankets were a hit with my kids and I loved the hot tub after a cold day of playing.

Kitchen was great, only suggestions would be to add a rubber spatula and a drink pitcher.
