Great hotel. Excellent selection of foods. Pool and hotel/rooms clean. Staff work very hard every day and always friendly. Just a short walk to the beach. Always plenty of sunbeds around the pool and gardens. Not many Brits! (As a Brit this was quite refreshing) For the price we paid, we would recommend this hotel and definitely return.

Really can't fault the hotel, the surrounding area seemed a little run down, but a short walk into Sa Coma and there were more shops/bars/restaurants. The sunbeds around the pool were often 'reserved' with towels left out overnight, although we wasn't fussy about where we needed to lay out so it didn't bother us too much.

Nothing part from a Hair dryer in the Toilets, i asked the cleaners twice they said No soup or shower gel sorry, we bought from the shops, only 1 specific cocktail included in all Inclusive, They CHARGE for nearly anything you need, stuff like Towel, Cleaning the Towels, Safe in the room, The key to the safe in the Room and much more.

Great and calm location, near beaches & shops. Excellent service. Definitely come back soon. Outstanding variety of meal.

Clean and nice rooms (superior) , every day rooms cleaning, very very beautiful beach (the best beach in the whole Mallorca in my opinion, 5 min from hotel) and clean sea. Nice views at mountains from the balony (pool view rooms), very nice garden and nice pool. Good drinks, wine, beer, Sangria. Good price and very very good food! The food and location are the best advantages of this hotel.

Generally hotel is not very clean (rooms and restautant are clean) and neglected. It needs immidiate renovation especially facade, furniture and surrounding. Old chairs and tables outside, dirt in some places, poor animations, bad smell in corridors (probably from internal pool). What I didnt like most is that even you bought All Inclusive you are allowed to come and eat only one time during meal hours. Whaaat???? This is the first time I met with something like that!!! Very stupid and unpleasant.

Beautiful hotel near the sea side with amazing food. Bedroom size was huge and very comfortable.

I feel confident saying this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had and I stay in a lot of hotels and my preference is 4-star all-inclusive and this would not even be 2-star in my opinion. From check-in, I had a rubbish experience. I have never known an all-inclusive hotel tell me that as I checked-in at 1pm I could have my room key but I was forbidden from having lunch and if I wanted lunch I would have to pay extra! The worst thing was nobody even checked and they never actually check! They have no idea who is eating. Anybody could walk in and eat and drink. They have no bracelets and do not ask for room numbers or even greet you when you arrive at the restaurant. So I used the snack bar to eat my lunch. Ridiculous. I wasn’t informed how I got a towel for the pool when I checked-in, however I did get that sorted out with a €10 deposit, I was also informed that if I wanted to have a fresh towel it is €1.50 ‘because of the environment’. I woke up in the middle of the night to a typed note under my door in block capitals summoning me to reception as it turned out I hadn’t signed my data protection rights away in a poorly worded policy. Everything is cheaply done with shared sugar dispensers and salt and pepper dispensers, during covid times, that didn’t work or were too full to be of use or completely empty. Having to ask to share these items from other guests’ tables in covid times to me seems madness. The food is okay, but this is my first 4-star all-inclusive that has no fresh juices or smoothies at breakfast. Just very cheap juice mixed from concentrate. The absolute worst for me personally is the coffee being instant. Not from beans. That is a deal breaker for me. Instant coffee? Yes it’s in a nice machine that does cappuccino, etc. But it is not fresh at all. 4-star??? The breakfast buffet had flies on it. The room is okay if a bit old fashioned. My patio door handle was loose and hard to open.

No problem to provide gluten free pastry for breakfast. Nice personnel. Wide variety of food, not repeating. Nice and tasty desserts.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It is very family-friendly which is exactly the reason we chose this hotel. The pool was great and the evening events were entertaining (although, don't get excited about the Michael Jackson tribute like we did). The air conditioning in the room was wonderful, especially during the August heat. I enjoyed the stretching/yoga classes in the morning as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was just ok, which was fine because we weren't expecting high quality at an all-inclusive. We never found any of it especially delicious. And it was amazing how the traditional Spanish dishes (my husband and daughter are Spanish and we live here in Mallorca) like tortilla and ensaladilla were pretty bad. But thankfully there were always lots of meats and plain pasta options for picky kids, and you could depend on the salad bar for a lighter option. Desserts were always good. And lastly, and bar outside was great, especially for breaks from the pool and sun. The available wine was pretty awful on its own, but mixed with Fanta or Sprite made some good Tinto de Veranos. Again, we weren't expecting high-quality wine. The bartender does make some pretty fantastic gin and tonics! Oh, and you can get ice cream at the bar if you ask, but how would you know that since nobody actually tells you?!?!?!

The biggest problem was that the front desk staff, upon check-in, did not inform us about any of the daily events/food times/shows. We would have loved to take advantage of more of the events for kids, but we weren't told about any of them when we arrived. We didn't hear about some of the activities until the last day, which was a bummer. It should be the job of the front desk staff to inform all guests of all activities offered, even if it is just handing them a piece of paper with everything listed. The room was good overall, but the beds are not the most comfortable. However, we could have slept on rocks and still been happy with having air conditioning! One morning, a kid pooped in the pool, so it was closed the rest of the day, which really sucked but that was no fault of the hotel.

Worst experience in terms of staff hygiene and overall quality, hair in the toilets the first day of check in, AC not strong enough for with the sun burning the first 20-30cm of the inside of the room, regular electricity cuts, some very rude staff members at the reception desk making a big mistake on their side and then expecting us to switch rooms, ants in the room and balcony coming out of corners and holed walls, some of the food is not fresh at all as you taste it; if you have a fragile stomach you will have digestion issues, encountered a lot of trash in the pool and the list goes on. I myself have many years of experience in working in the hospitality industry and just lived the worst experience we could ever have, it was such a shame. The only good thing in this hotel was one of the housekeepers who was very nice to us and active. Unfortunately I am Not recommending this hotel at all in sa coma, it would be more interesting to increase your budget and choose another place. Please spare me the protocol and ‘being sorry’ for this comment and ‘understand how I feel’ and ‘do your best to do better next time’ will not change anything.

Very nice setting in lovely gardens. Hotel was 3/4 full so plenty of space and sun loungers etc. Spotlessly clean and tidy. The food was excellent throughout at every meal. Great value for money

Good variety of food in the buffet (not quality unfortunately). The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with the first room, and they quickly resolved it by giving us a better room. The swimming pool and garden area are very nice, under good maintenance. The dancers and entertainers are lovely. The room was big, bright and clean.

The quality of food and drinks is a bit disappointing. There are some good dishes, but some are not edible. Overall we ate well, but we felt like it's not worth the price we paid for All Inclusive. Very few drinks available in the bar, for the rest you are forced to pay extra. The aircon in the room was not strong enough, it was still too hot to sleep :( I know accommodations are doing their best to recover from the pandemic, and the staff are the nicest people, but sadly I can't say I'll be coming back to this hotel.

Breakfast had great choices, always plentiful, ,cooked options were always replenished good variation of items

better choice of cocktails at bar, maybe a slight variation in menu to allow guests to eat Spanish dishes. The fish was cooked in far too much salt, several occasions I was uanble to eat it due to this

Great location and exceptional pool n sun terrace good food and very friendly helpful staff

I was on the 4th floor and I had not problem with my room, it was modern and updated. The entertainment staff, roberto and anaisa were fantastic. My niece and nephew loved them as they were so engaging with the little ones, and their evening shows were great.

My family were on the 1st and 3rd floor and the rooms were completely different, uncomfortable beds, dated furniture and design.

Pool area and and bar was great.

Room service was not done every day which we didnt mind but we were missing dry towels.
