Great location, very close to few attractions of the city Swimming pool was good

No car parking, car will be in open space during your entire stay. There were mosquitoes in the room and it spoiled our sleep in the night. Bathroom cannot be any be smaller.

Highly paid, very bad service, untidy, never reached our expectations

We did not like anything. We have paid 200% more for this hotel stay + rooms are very small + the food is very expensive.

The staff team work was good.what ever we ask they oblige in decent manner.Food was also good.l like to visit again.

The Park Elanza was modern, clean and well appointed with everything a traveller today would need, minibar, AC etc. Food was well prepared and there was a good selection of alcoholic beverages. The Cabana on the rooftop is a fabulous venue. I enjoyed the swimming pool but didn't get a chance to use the gym or visit Tiki Tako.

Perhaps some work on staff training needed and/or communication skills for breakfast service, in some instances a little hit and miss with junior staff always having to ask a supervisor. Otherwise all satff were nice and friendly, special mention for Chandaran in the lobby! Taxis - the taxis booked by the hotel were too expensive!

- Wir kamen spätabends im Hotel Park an. Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend: um 22:00 Uhr abends hat sich der Hotelleiter die Zeit genommen, mit uns unsere Zugreise zur nächsten Destination zu planen und die entsprechenden Tickets zu buchen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. - Das Frühstück war seinen Preis mehr als nur wert: neben grosser Auswahl am Buffet, gibt es frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und Dosa. Die Auswahl an westlichem Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr umfangreich - selbst Vollkornbrot Varianten waren vorhanden.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und positiv überrascht, wie stark das Hotelpersonal auf uns eingegangen ist.
