The family voted it the best house we've stayed in over the several years we've spent vacationing in south Florida. The view of the intracoastal (both outside and from indoors) is awesome and the pool, spa and outdoor area are great, including an outdoor shower and lots of outdoor furniture. Some of the many positives: large, new washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets; ceiling fans in most bedrooms; nice deck off the master suite; good mattresses; fishing poles and beach gear; great open plan gathering area with plentiful seating and practical furniture; large fridge and freezer; good lighting. Kamilla was an attentive host and responded promptly to any issues we raised.

It’s a beautiful place, the amenities are great, it’s centrally located between West Palm/Jupiter and Delray, it’s perfect for a golf getaway.

Good communication and overall stay. House had exactly what the info and pictures described. Great stay. Dock has some opportunities but overall served what we needed.

Good house but not so attractive neighborhood

The sliding glass doors leaked in the master bedroom which caused a leak at several places in the dining room on the main floor with two buckets catching the water. The resolution to this problem was to put plastic over 2/3 of the master bedroom sliding glass doors doing away with 2/3 of the view, not to mention the noise from the plastic blowing in the wind each night. . The washer and dryer didn’t work properly. The oven didn’t work properly. The air conditioner didn’t work properly for the first 5 days. The gas grill was filthy and caught on fire, luckily I noticed it and averted a disaster! 25 percent of the dock washed away in a storm several weeks before we arrived and we were never notified of this change and another 25 percent collapsed in the first 3 days of our vacation. Therefore we were not able to bring my sons boat to the property to use. I ended up renting a boat for 2 days at the cost of an extra $1000. Kamilla, the owners representative, was very attentive and accommodating. Kamilla left us into the property several hours early and stay several hours late at departure time. However when I asked for a partial refund, 30% , plus or minus and she told us the owner said no way but he would give us a better deal if we wanted to rent next year. Candidly I have no desire to rent from a businessman with no sense of fairness or ethics!

The house is perfectly located between the West Palm Beach Airport, golf courses and restaurants in the Jupiter / West Palm Beach / Boynton Beach / Delray Beach / Boca Raton area. Easy access to I-95 and nearby beaches. The house fit 8 adults comfortably, with ample room to watch games on a large TV, and access to enjoy the Intra Coastal. The pool , hot tub, and outside dining areas made our stay enjoyable and was a great experience. It is a wonderful place and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house came fully equipped, as well as an outside grill to just be together.

So much space. Lovely pool and hot tub setup. Hostess was magnificent and easy to get ahold of during our stay. Beautiful view of ocean inlet. Fun fishing from the dock. Would stay here again for sure!
