This place had what we needed - nothing fancy but had the staples in the kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C (only in main room so was a bit warm in bedrooms), and was not too far from places we planned to visit. Downside is you will have to drive to anything you want to do as it's in the middle of a neighborhood. Perfect to use as home base for many activities.

House is clean and comfortable.

The property was great except when we showed up the place was 80+ degrees because the air conditioning wasn’t working. We tried contacting owner 3 different times and never got an answer until we called Vrbo directly. There is a small air conditioning unit in the living room but nothing in the two rooms. Apparently the air conditioning hadn’t worked a few times that week so it would have been nice if it was checked on before we showed up to ensure it was working. But it wasn’t so it was horribly hot. The owner was rude when we got ahold of him and didn’t even apologize. Thankfully Vrbo gave us a full refund. However, I think the place would have been fine if the air conditioning worked.

We were near football and baseball stadiums. Great location. We would stay again.

The property was clean and easily accessible. The check- in process was easy. The property has everything we needed for our stay. Possible improvements would be vacuuming out the windowsills more often and vacuuming the filter on the air conditioner more often, but it wasn't a huge deal to do it ourselves.

It was very clean and was perfect for our week of softball at the Boulder IDT! The location was perfect and close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you Glen for providing a clean, safe place for us to stay!

This condo was in a perfect location in Denver, Colorado! My family of three stayed here in June and for what we needed it for it was absolutely perfect!

Unit was clean and quiet and perfect for our stay. Walking distance to Tennyson Ave. Which has all kinds of shops and a variety of restaurants. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it has been perfect both times. Sorry I did not post sooner, we took the train back to California (beautiful ride) and did not have service.

We came to town for the Billy Strings show at Red Rocks. This place was absolutely perfect for our stay.

Quiet and clean

Absolutely perfect location for a vacation with friends. Great neighborhood, easy to get to and property was incredibly clean. Same size as a large 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt with a very nice outside patio area. I will 100% be booking here again in the future.

The location was great. Very close to some amazing restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. My only note would be to add some mirrors in the bedrooms.

This was a clean, comfortable and spacious place for my sister and I. The location was perfect for going to different attractions in and around Denver. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great just like the pictures. Very cozy, and George was great, however we didn't need him expect to checkout late. He was very accommodating. We would stay he again.

We were very very pleased with this VRBO. All the amenities that make it a lot easier to get comfortable were available when we walked in. Coffee and a coffee maker, some basic spices, soap, laundry detergent and shampoo - all on hand. This made it so easy to settle in. Also, everything was very clean, TV was GREAT, wifi was good and the beds were super comfortable. This is a well kept place and a bit of a hidden gem because it is not too trendy and I think it doesn't photograph as nicely as it actually looks in person. If you need a relaxing place to stay in Denver - this is a very good one.

Thanks for letting us stay. I didnt know where the trash receptacle for the property was so I didnt know where to empty the trash to. Other then that, amazing home.

We loved the comfort and convenience of this thoughtfully updated little apartment. We had more than enough space for the two of us and could easily see sharing the space with another adult or two. We have tried other places in this vicinity and they were uncomfortable although glitzy. Give me comfort anytime!

Nice place, enjoyed the location

As frequent VRBO travelers, we were impressed by all aspects of this rental. The beautiful new kitchen and bath were terrific. Plenty of free parking on a safe, neighborhood street, yet an easy walk to shopping in all directions. We will be back!

Very clean and comfortable place, just as pictured. Nice location for driving to a Red Rocks show and also not too far away from Denver for hanging out in the city. Would recommend!

The vrbo was amazing and was very cozy and welcoming! We utilized every space of it and felt very at home!

I really don’t know where to begin. Every part of our stay here went perfectly. The place was immaculate. The kitchen looks almost brand new and extremely clean & organized. The bathroom had everything we needed plus there was not even a speck of dirt anywhere in there. Even in the shower everything looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. It was so nice coming home with no dirty clothes. This also helps to pack light because you know you have the ability to wash your clothes right in the unit. We were there for a concert in Red Rocks and it was only 15 minutes from the property. We were close to everything we needed and there is a Super Walmart right down the road. If I had to give one negative, it would be the bedrooms didn’t have AC in either of them and the one in the living room didn’t quite reach the back bedrooms. Plus, when there are two adult couples staying together, the last thing you want to do is leave your bedroom door open. I would give this place a 4.95 out of 5. Have to take the 0.05 off for the AC not in the bedrooms but I wouldn’t let that keep me from staying there again next year.
