Location was very good, the reason we chose it. And the flat is in great condition, and clean, with a lovely sea view.
There being only one key, and the access to that involving lots of doors including the big garage door, was a faff. The flat needs a big water jug to take water to the table from the kitchen.

Bright, cheerful rooms.
Well equipped and nicely decorated flat spread over two floors.
Great all round views from the sitting room/kitchen
Great location a short walk to the beach and High Street.
Kids loved the bunk beds.
Secure parking space
Very peaceful neighbourhood. Little noise from other flats or traffic.
A few very minor gripes:
Some more cleaning materials would have been helpful (bin bags, cleaning cloths, sponge for washing up)
Dripping tap in the sink which I see others have reported.
The flat is up a flew flights of stairs and there is no lift, no problem for us but might be a problem for some.

Obviously the view, outstanding! Very nicely maintained building with good security. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing really but the kitchen tap was wobbly and dripped all the time.

Location good and accessible to beach, high street, cafes, restaurants.
Accessing garage with the car took a while, and finding location of door keys inside the garage wasn’t clear. Instructions for closing the garage door and finding house keys need to be made more clearer. It wasn’t clear about dustbins, whether they were communal or individual. Inside the apartment was lovely, warm and cosy, and beds were comfortable, but sofas could have done with a clean. Lovely views from windows. Oven trays need replacing as well as a frying pan, which we could not use. Instructions for dishwasher and washing machine were unavailable so it was guess work! I think if these few things could be rectified, we would definitely return.

poor plumbing — dripping taps and shower temperature impossible to control… pillows hard and parking space tight for a large vehicle.. we were ok as we have a mini 🙂

Very good situation and garage a plus. Lovely views from the lounge.
There were more stairs than we expected , 39 before we got into the apartment.
Our advice would be not to take any heavy luggage!
Thicker duvets would-be a good idea for autumn and winter guests.

We know North Berwick well. The location is perfect. 5 minutes walk from the High Street, railway station and beach. Secure parking space in a locked garage is a bonus. Accommodation is ideal for 4 adults (plus a couple of children if you have them).
No problems for us (active 60+) but a few flights of stairs up to the apartment could be an issue if you had restricted mobility. The living room and kitchen are upstairs in the apartment with the bedrooms and bathrooms at entrance level. The living room at the higher level gives good views while sitting and dining.

Loved the location - very close to the centre of North Berwick where there are some great shops and close to the beach and harbour. Wonderful views from the windows of the apartment. very light and airy apartment

Excellent location, close to beach, town centre amenities and short walk to train station. Kitchen well equipped and apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and had lovely views. Quiet area. Parking spot was great to have too.
A second set of keys were missing which was a little inconvenient at times. Shower over bath had a weak flow so preferred cubicle shower. Plug socket at both sides of double bed would have been useful.

Such a great flat and really central. Not even two minutes from West Beach and what a beach! The flat felt very tranquil. We loved the extra two comfy chairs so you could enjoy the view of the beach. Kitchen had all the usual and expected amenities (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob) which were in good repair (I think the kitchen had been redone recently too). No outdoor space but there were great places so close to the flat where you could enjoy the outside so we didn't feel it necessary. The gated car parking was great too.
My only niggle was trying to find where the previous occupants had put various bits of kitchen equipment as there were a lot of cupboards! The other extremely minor irritation was that the location of the key pad to open the garage door meant you had to get out of the car each time to open the gate - it would have been more convenient if it had been located in a place where you could have keyed it in while still in the car. I believe permanent residents have a fob to do the job.
