Really nice staff. Spacious and clean rooms.

Air conditioner not working. Lobby staff did their best to solve it but it never worked properly. Sky bar closed. Lobby bar closed at 19:00. Jacuzzi empty. Seemed like the hotel has reduced its operations significally. Not 5 star in my opinion.

Extra spacious room, comfy bed, many options at breakfast, attentive service.

The area around north railway station is clearly under re-development and upgrade - so the neighbourhood itself is not that nice atm, although very promising with new malls and offices to open within the year. Nevertheless, the location is still not too far from other interesting areas of town from both touristic and leisurely point of view, easily reachable by a quick cab ride or a few subway stops.
