We enjoyed our trip to Destined For Fun very much. We had stayed in a similar home a couple of years ago that had a few issues so we knew we loved the layout, but this one was PERFECT! From the booking process throughout our stay Jeffry was a dream to work with. This is the one week a year I get to spend with my kids and grandkids with zero distractions and having a cozy home to spend that time in was wonderful. The house is very clean and well maintained and we loved the open concept and huge dining table so we could all be together for games and meals. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

The house worked great for our group! Had everything we needed. Great outdoor space by the pool with a grill. Only a 2 block walk to the beach. Already planning a family trip back next year!

We booked our trip a month ago for 4th of July week. Jeffry was amazing to work with. Very responsive. The house was great. The location was PERFECT. It was close enough of a walk we didn’t have to carry our little kiddos and our oldest kids could walk back from the beach safely when the adults weren’t ready! Will definitely consider booking again in the future!

This house was perfect! This was our first trip to Destin (we’ve vacationed at many of the nearby beaches in either condos or houses) and it was just beautiful. We will definitely be back and will stay at this property again. The location is perfect and we loved the beach access just across the street from the house that was not too crowded even during Fall Break. The outside space and pool were amazing and we spent each night after dinner hanging out with our whole party of 10 (three families). Our group included four teenagers, ages 13-17 and they had an incredible time. The common space in the house is very functional also with an open kitchen to the spacious dining and living room. The whole house has a great layout and then we had one family in our party to stay in the pool house and they loved this space.
The property owner contacted me the day of our arrival to let us know the house was ready for early check in and she even went to the property to see if our golf cart we ordered had been delivered. She was so responsive and I can tell she is an experienced property manager…very professional!
The house is also located within a half mile of any shopping or restaurants that we went to so an easy drive by car or golf cart. With that, we didn’t have to deal with any traffic issues like we have at other beaches we’ve stayed at during Fall Break.
So many reasons that I can only describe it as the best place to stay in Destin!

Here with family for a wedding at the Henderson Resort. Plenty of room, very close walk to beautiful beach, plenty of kitchenware, Comfortable rooms, clean. Food store and restaurants close by. Host was very responsive.

Location is the best. Property needs some minor work. Cooking utensils need replaced. Property does not provide cooking condiments or bathroom essentials.

This house was as advertised and provided plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids. Very close to the beach though beware the public space is limited. If you get there early you shouldn’t have any problems. Being so close to the state park was very nice for our morning walks/runs. Jeffry had wonderful communication and I would recommend staying at her property.

My family had a wonderful time at the beach. We loved the pool as it offered an alternative to beach when we were back at the house. Jeffry was very attentive to our needs. When the grill went out, we had a new one that afternoon. We had 3 generations staying there and there was plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay there again!!!

This house was a perfect set up for our group of 12. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The cabana house was very nice too! We had so much fun in the backyard. We spent a bunch of time back there. Plenty of patio furniture and the pool was perfect for when we needed a break from the beach. The walk to the beach was even closer then we expected, which made it so easy to go back and forth. The beach area is limited but never had trouble finding a spot. If you want up by the water I suggest waking up early and set up your spot, otherwise there was always room to bring your chairs up to the water. We also appreciated Jeffrey letting us know the house was ready early. We were able to get in at 1 which felt like it added a day to our trip! This was one of the best homes we have stayed at and would definitely come back!

Everything about this home made it feel like a home not a rental. Best stocked kitchen I've ever had in a VRBO rental. Every bed was VERY comfortable! The home was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. The walk to the beach was very easy and close. The only con is the space you have to set up on the beach is very limited due to roped off private areas on the left and right of your entrance. The neighborhood felt safe and was in a great location to shopping and for walking. By far exceeds all other rentals in my experience and I would rate this home a 10 in every area! 2022 Family Vacation
Less than 5 minute walk to the beach was awesome. Lots of pool side furniture. House was perfect size for our family of 12. Grocery stores very close by. Owner quick to help with questions or needs. Overall a great place to stay and vacation. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great stay!
We had a blast at this property. It was steps from the beach and in a great neighborhood. The kids had a blast in the pool as well. We did most of our cooking at home and had everything we needed. Jeffry was just a call away if we did need anything. We were so happy we booked for next year again!

Everything we wanted
There are many things that ticked the box at this rental. It’s a beautiful house that was very comfortable for our big group. The pool house was a great bonus. The kids loved the pool and spent many hours in it. There were plenty of seating around the pool for a fun fish fry and karaoke party after. When the weather wasnt favorable, there was plenty of room for games and cards around the huge dining table. Those who didnt play cards relaxed on the comfortable sofa that wrapped around 2 of the living room walls. Plenty of bathrooms were appreciated too! The house is literally within steps of the most beautiful beach, we had so much fun hanging out there. Also, we enjoyed a cute little coffee shop, Camille’s, just a couple of blocks walk. The kitchen was fully stocked, which took a lot of stress off because we cooked a lot. The neighborhood was lovely and even the neighbors were so nice!! Very bike friendly too. Great shopping, food and otherwise, was just a couple minutes away. The adults agreed that this house would definitely be a choice for future vacations. Best of all was Jery, just a text away and never too busy to answer any questions i had.

Family Dream House
We absolutely loved staying here. The property itself was suited perfectly for our families needs. The outdoor closet is stuffed with every pool and beach toy you could imagine. We loved the location as well. We hopped back and forth from the pool to the beach everyday. The beds were comfortable and my kids loved the bunk room. Our hosts were kind and helpful and always responded quickly if we had a question. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to come back one day.

This is probably the first property I've stayed at that was BETTER than advertised. Jeffry is a fantastic hostess, great communicator and provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The property is indeed steps from the beach, and HUGE. Highly recommend.
