they have a great complimentary breakfast which you can have watching the beautiful sea a few feet away. The staff is extremely polite, helpful and proactive.
The menu could have more variety, it is mainly focused on servicing foreigners. For a non egg eating person, the complementary breakfast doesn't have anything savoury except paratha. The property is extremely beautiful but the management needs to do something about the red ants all over the property. Because of this we couldn't enjoy the outdoor seating much and also suffered bites.

A beautiful accommodation with top service! Welcome drink on arrival, staff on hand for everything (even emergency late night brownies!), a great complimentary breakfast & dinner was lovely too.
The location is excellent, being at the north end of patnem beach makes it an easy, flat 10 min walk to south of palolem beach. Tuk tuk 100rs if you prefer.
Staff really couldn’t have done more, arranging onward taxis, bug spray, dinner recommendations and anything else we needed. From arriving to post departure the customer service was top quality, probably the best we’ve had in our 2 weeks in India. Highly recommend!
We didn’t mind at all but bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, the dogs on the beach do bark and the sea can be loud on the rocks. Again, we didn’t mind at all but some people might

Set in beautiful gardens, with sea views, each hut is perfectly located. Individual touches in the room - prints on the wall, an extension cable for charging, extra pillows and comfortable matching bed linen. The in house restaurant has a very wide selection of dishes for all tastes. The breakfast included is huge with lots of choice and very delicious. Because it is small, the place is peaceful, no passing traffic or noisy neighbours. Close to peaceful Patnem Beach with bars, restaurants and other facilities in walking distance. This is a very special place to stay and very much worth the (slightly higher) price.

Tres jolie petite structure sur la plage de Patnem, moins fréquentée que celle de Palolem. Les bungalows sont confortables avec une vue incroyable. Le personnel est disponible et serviable.

Breakfast was delicious varied and ample. We really looked forward to that part of the day. The cottage we stayed in is small but very well appointed, stylish and comfortable with bespoke furnishings. You are surrounded by a lush well maintained tropical garden which runs along the stretch of the residential cottages and in front of the restaurant. On the other side of the garden strip is the sea, rocks and in the near distance, Patnem beach - a perfect setting. Staff was very attentive and responsive to any request. It was a real pleasure to stay there.
The proximity to the washrooms and the early morning noise of people clearing their noses and throats.

The size of the room which felt clumsy and the bed which was 6×5 feet. It should have been king size bed. The bathroom was too small.

The location is to die for. It is right on the water. You can sit in your private porch and feel the waves crashing. A clean beach is two minutes walking away too. Great location.
Getting to the property was a bit challenging. The car parking is about 10 minutes walk away so it is a slight problem. Also, you have to walk through some small villages and what looks like people's homes to get to the property. Not the vibe you want for your vacation. The rooms are average (basic and clean) but nothing fancy. The towels, bedsheets and upholstery could be improved, especially the price they charged for the room. What was also unseemly was they wanted extra money for in-room tea/coffee ingredients if you finished your allotted tea/coffee packages. While it is was just INR 50 it seemed unnecessary for the price charged and also not a good holiday vibe.

We loved our stay at Casa Jaali, it was beautifully located on Patnem Beach and our room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we could wish for. The resort was stunning, the food was delicious and we would definitely return.
A fridge in the room would have been nice but not essential.

Casa Jaali is nestled behind the palm trees in one of the most beautiful spots I have ever found myself. The rooms are small but perfectly formed, with all the amenities you would ever need. The staff were super attentive & thoughtful, they made an already exceptional spot even more magical. It's the first place I have ever travelled to where I've booked my return trip before I even left. The on site restaurant serves exquisite food, the breakfast included with the room rate was far better than the usual offerings of an included breakfast. My time spent quietly reading sat in the Casa Jaali gardens are some of my favourite holiday memories, ever. This is a must see place.

Casa Jaali is the best place to stay if you are visiting Patnem. It is situated right on the shore, so you fall asleep listening the waves and wake up to watch sunrise right from your room. The Internet is fast and reliable, the management and staff are friendly and helpful. It is a walking distance from pretty much everything in Patnem, and if you need to get a rude, auto rickshaw stand is next door. I stayed there for 8 nights, absolutely love this little hotel with a nice restaurant (tasty breakfast included in the room price), and definitely want to come back!
Location, comfy bed, great AC, good food and amazing mocktails (elderflower was my favorite). Foot washing stations at the room entrance. Great landscaping. Beautiful views.

Our stay at Casa Jaali was a great joy. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with a very distinctive style. The staff was great and very helpful. The food was great although the menu could have more options overall. But the best part is the location. Situated at the rocky part of the Patnem beach, surrounded with such an outstanding and well maintained garden. Early morning sunsets are amazing to experience from the garden. Summing it up, our stay at Jaali was more like a beautiful experience than just a stay. We loved our experience(stay) at Casa Jaali and already can't wait to visit again.
