Absolutely stunning oasis in Stellenbosch. The hosts and staff are so lovely (including the 3 gorgeous dogs!). Loved the rooms, style was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast delivered to enjoy in your sun room was perfect. Felt like you had your own private pool with only 2 rooms on the property. Sun loungers were so comfy too! Complimentary wine tasting was def a highlight! Everything perfect.

Absolut traumhafte Unterkunft auf einem privat gelegenen Weingut. Hervorragender Service mit einem Rundum-sorglos-Paket inkl. gratis Weintasting, Wäscheservice etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alle Wünsche wurden uns von den Lippen abgelesen. Frühstück individuell im Wintergarten des Appartements. Alles extrem sauber. Sehr erholsam. Der gute Geist des Hauses Charl ist immer erreichbar und erfüllt Wünsche sofort. We like him very much. Wir werden sicherlich zeitnah wiederkommen.

Transportation to and from could be difficult late at night.

Our host Charl made us feel very at home. Especially the wine tasting that Charl hosted was topnotch! Special thanks to him, we had a wonderful time and surely will come back (for a longer period of time). It’s the most beautiful villa we stayed in, when in Stellenbosch. The garden and the vineyards are so beautiful and breathtaking.

Breakfast was adequate and lovely to have in our rooms I would also recommend having a biscuit or some rusks in the room to have with coffee in the morning it would be a nice touch

This is an amazing property, beautiful decorated and so private. The wine tasting was perfect and also the breakfast.

I love everything

Everything was amazing! From the surrounding landscapes and vineyards, the carefully designed large rooms with highest quality materials, all the amenities, everything was so thought through and attentive, so was the staff. They made us feel welcome taken care of all the time, and even were so helpful when one of us was sick. I could not think of anything to improve the service. The breakfast arrived in the front room before we woke up and always at the time we ordered it. The wines of the two brothers taste delicious, it’s a lovely winery! Our expectations were exceeded.

A really nice property. The room and covered porch were very large. All the people were very accommodating and friendly. This is a working winery so you can view the farm and try the wines (tasting included). A delicious made to order breakfast is served on a table in the enclosed porch. The wines were some of the best in the area and we took some home.

The villas are beautiful set in a most beautiful small vineyard . The location to Stellenbosch town was only 5 min drive . The hosts did everything possible to make our stay so comfortable .

Very beautiful guesthouse in the countryside. Antelopes grazing just in front of our suite. The owner family and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Game drives in a perfect scenery. Not too many animals, which is very good. Much better than all those parks and reserves at the coast. A perfect stay just to wind down and relax.

Nothing negative. The road is a bit bumpy, which for us in fact is positive. Not everybody finds the way to this magnificent place.

Absolutely stunning villas set on a beautiful landscape with fantastic views. We loved everything about our stay here - the property itself has been beautifully decorated with real care and attention to detail. It all felt very luxurious and excellent value for money. All the staff were so friendly and attentive and Charl was a brilliant host. The complementary wine tasting was fab and breakfast was delicious!

rooms are quite close together, hard to sunbath without looking into other guests rooms

Personal attention of the owners of the estate (tips of their personal favorite wine estates and restaurants in the area), the detail within the room (stable internet despite loadshedding), kind staff (nothing bad to say about all the staff), beautiful surroundings. We reveiced a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our honeymoon as well, very kind. Last but not least, we were super surprised that we got asked which kind of pillow we would prefer during our stay (accompanied with multiple choices), that reflects the detail and aim for perfection in our eyes.

In our opinion, the breakfast could be improved to the standard of the room/estate, but having said that, its a minor detail

We absolutely loved the personal touch, the conversations with the owners and the winetasting hosted by Jessica. It was a very special stay. The room is super spacious and really well-designed. The garden is amazing, it almost feels like a private accomodation.

Stayed for 4 nights in the Sclavoi suite as part of our honeymoon. Fantastic location, everything beautifully decorated and the most attentive staff we’ve ever had. 4 great dogs as well! (And they make exceptional wine on site)

Only stayed 4 nights, would stay a week next time!
