Great experience with everything. Fantastic location, walkable to town. Jacuzzi was amazing in the winter and housekeeping did a great job of clearing snow and tidying up. Wash/dryer also very convenient. Amazing stay!

A good amount of info on the house was provided upon a quick and easy check in. Parking was also easy since we were staying during the weekend. Lots of sleeping space: two bedrooms, two lofts with beds, and a couch that folds out. Kitchen was well equipped, everything you need to cook is here. Bathrooms were nice with constant hot water. The hot tub had a problem, but Jamie was quick to respond and we were able to fix the problem! Downtown is a few blocks away, it was nice walking around and seeing the fall foliage. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway with friends or family!

Beautiful little house in a great location in Aspen. We took the shuttle everywhere and had just enough space for 8 ladies for a long weekend. The house had everything we needed including a very well supplied kitchen.

The home is charming in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance to the great downtown offerings of Aspen. The home amenities were surprising lacking for this location. Amazon commercial grade toilet paper, "EcoAmenities" bar of soap, and many of the towels were more rags than towels...stained and frayed. The bed in one bedroom was quite comfortable although there was no ventilation and no fan was provided. The 2nd bedroom offering includes a Murphy bed...Overall, we were initially happy to consider this "glamping" in Aspen given the charm of the home and the wonderful location. It was the last day that really sent things wildly off course. As we stood in the kitchen washing dishes a man that never identified himself walked into the home's living room. Our dogs alerted us to his presence and when my husband confronted him, he simply said he had a right to be there. After my husband yelled at him to leave he finally did so and returned to his truck. My husband went outside to take a picture of the man's license plate and the man began backing out of the narrow street but then stopped, put the car in drive, and drove directly at my husband at an angle clearing intending to hit him. He then threw the car back in reverse and drove backwards out of the dead-end street. We were quite shaken and immediately called the police who were able to make contact with the man given my husband had gotten a license plate number. He identified himself as a handyman hired by the home owners and given the code to enter the property. When we contacted the property manager/owner, he was shocking dismissive of the event saying there was a mistake on their calendar and he thought we had checked out yesterday (despite our reservation clearly indicating we were checking out on the 27th). He went on to say the handyman was clearly just as surprised as we were, which explained his behavior (driving straight at my husband?? He was charged with this offense by the way). The property owner continued to make excuses and offered mild to no acknowledgment of how distressing the entire incident was, which I found incredibly disrespectful. I cannot recommend this property given the obvious disregard owners have for their guests. He offered one night's stay compensated, which frankly I found insulting. Completely mishandled and by far the worst VRBO experience we've ever had.
