El personal es muy amable, la comida es muy rica

Ya nos habiamos quedado en este hotel hace algunos años, ahora lo tienen muy descuidado, les falta mucho personal, la tercer cama de la habitación horrible, el piso esta más cómodo, las toallas muy viejas a punto de romperse, las tarjetas tanto de las habitaciones como toallas muy viejas y despintadas, habia muchos huespedes, solo tenian 3 elevadores funcionando, y uno un día lo des habilitaron, aparte de que son viejos y lentos

Rooms are a little outdated (specially the restroom) The balcony had a loose glass barrier (very dangerous specially with small kids) Elevators are very old, and very slow, a lot of waiting time for elevators

La comida superó mis expectativas! El servicio en general de 10! El ambiente que crean para adultos y para niños está increíble! Sin duda, una excelente estadía!

Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr gut und je nach Restaurant zwischen Amerikanisch, Mexikanisch, Asiatisch sowohl Fisch/Fleich wirklich sehr gut. Eine sehr tolle und gepflegte und große Anlage. Mit Kindern wirklich spitze und direkt am Meer gelegen.

Wir waren schon morgens da, konnten gegen Aufpreis die Einrichtung nutzen; allerdings fehlende Umkleidemöglichkeiten für die Anlage bzw. Meer, taten dies dann in den Toilettenanlagen. Zwei Punkte haben uns gar nicht gefallen - und wir sprechen von einem 5 Sterne Hotel (!): 1. Das Gepäck blieb den ganzen im Rezeptionsbereich, für Gäste und Nicht-Gäste im freien Zugriff ! Das ist wohl so üblich, war die ganzen Tage so bei neuen Gästen. 2. Bestätigt wird das Zimmer ab 15:00 Uhr Ortszeit, das Hotel sagt aber erst ab 16:00 Uhr, tatsächlich erst ab 16:30Uhr erhalten Diese Punkte sollte RIU einmal selber ohne Vorankündingung intern prüfen. Frei zugängliches Gepäck geht überhaupt nicht!

Very spacious and pretty.

The long walks to the elevator and back. We got a room on the sixth floor and sometime having to walk up all does stairs is a lot in my opinion . Specially after a few too many drinks. Staff is the usual as long as you tip you get great service. They do prefer to give better attention to tourist then natives. Got to see some interesting attitudes and interactions occur. But as long as it wasn’t directed towards me. I simply didn’t care. Went about my day.

Everything was pretty good, amazing food, cool pool (a little bit dirty but ok), comfy rooms and a fun animation team with funny games at the pool... It is definitely a great option to visit, you won't regret it...

We had a problem with the payment at the beginning with the credit card, we would like the option to pay before arriving at the hotel so we can fix any problems that will exist in the check-in and not lose too much time in it. Finally we had to pay in cash which was an uncomfortable situation...

The different pools and night activities and the food was great.

The rooms don’t have a private bathroom to be able to bathe comfortably. No AC in the lobby.

Facility was clean majority of the staff were awesome. Rooms were good

The pool closes way to early. We were in line before a restaurant closed and they didn’t let us in because they said they were going to close soon. There was still like 45 minutes before closing. I just felt like everything closed way to early. People are on vacation and people stay up late or get back to the resort late and have no where good to eat or can’t even night swim

Loved the beach front location

The air conditioner at night felt warmer and moist. They changed rooms for us but it was the same A/C situation at the other room. But room 4190 smells like mold, specially at night. I’m very grateful for the staff for making me feel comfortable (I’m 6 months pregnant) they were truly amazing, and I know the AC is out of their reach.

The free drinks were great and the beach was nice and most the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was dated. There was one staff member I think his name Mr Black who at times seemed like a bit of a tyrant. The pool was a bit busy and a few types that didn't promote pool enterage. Plenty of room for pacing both in the room and down the beach.

The food is good and there’s good entertainment and activities

There’s not enough staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The staff is rude and not welcoming. The sofa bed was made out of plastic and very uncomfortable. Overall the installation are old and in bad shape.

The food the Canadian mist is garbage, for the price should be serving crown royal. Security let's the Mexican OR SPANISH break all the rules but are telling everyone else theY can't have food near the pool area. We got charged 2000.00 us more than we were quoted on the booking. Com quote went from 5500.00 canadian to 8000.00 canadian. B.S. we will never book a vacation with booking . Com.
