Great decor, nice upgrade , the only let down was the old brown stained carpet, it spoilt all the hard work done on the Reno as it is the first thing that greets you.

Modern. Close to town and parking was easy with the permit.
Plenty of room for the three of us.
Great kitchen although we didn’t use the cooker.
Could have done with another key.
A mix up with our booking so unhappy with that as we had had our booking confirmed for 77 Wood st Rugby months ago. No one can explain how this happened.
Our son found some dark hair in his bed even before he had slept in it.
Lights in hallway kept going on and off all night when we were trying to sleep.
Would have liked a washing line outside or a clothes airier inside to dry clothes rather than use the tumble dryer

It was a good size and had the amenities listed
It was not a brand new townhouse. It was a terraced house. Not an issue but not as advertised. The roof in the front bedroom leaked and some of the cookware was very dirty

The property was conveniently located and had more bedrooms and bathrooms than most properties in the area. Security was good and amenities were plentiful. WiFi was good enough to allow hassle free work from home.

No instructions on how to set / adjust the heating
Some cookware was old and didn’t function well
Some equipment supplied (hairdryer, can opener) didn’t work
There were a lot of areas of paint peeling from the walls and some maintenance had not been kept up

Couldn’t get in touch with anyone, I wanted to know how to turn the heating on as it was cold. Never managed to get the heating on./
