Nous proposons à Menaggio, l'un des plus charmants et plein d'attractions des zones du lac de Côme, maison nouvellement construit, composé de: grand séjour avec coin cuisine, deux chambres avec lits doubles, une chambre avec deux lits simples, deux salles de bains , jardin et une taverne
Situé dans une petite particulièrement calme loin du centre, l'établissement dispose d'une vue magique sur le lac et, en parallèle, une proximité privilégiée aux montagnes immaculées locales.
La position favorable permet également un accès facile à l'Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club - Golf Club dans le deuxième plus antio de notre pays de l'Italie.
Aussi à distance de marche, enfin, vous pouvez trouver la barre Stella Alpina - où vous pourrez déguster de délicieux petits déjeuners et des collations - et une petite épicerie.

Eva was an amazing host for her lovely home. It is the perfect house to spend time together. We had eight people, and there was lots of space to sleep and great spaces to hang out together, eat together, and relax together. Eva even made croissants for my son’s birthday, which were the most delicious croissants! The only negative isn’t about the house, but driving around the area was a bit stressful as the roads are tight. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a place to relax and enjoy being in Italy!

Our family of 7 enjoyed staying in this apartment which had nice views of Menaggio and Lake Como. The apartment was immaculate. Our kids enjoyed hiking up the mountain on a nearby trail. We took the ferry to Varenna & Bellagio. We hiked to a castle in Varenna and were rewarded with spectacular views in addition to the castle tour. There are falconry demonstrations there as well.
We highly recommend the Bar Gelateria just a short walk from the apartment (it’s run by Eva & her husband)😀

Eva and Sara were incredible hosts! Eva greeted our group of 5 upon arrival and was ready at our disposal to help with any issues that came up (thankfully none!)
This rental unit was extremely clean and spacious to allow for all of us to have our own rooms and privacy. There's a nice terrace and patio to walk out onto depending on the floor you're on. The locations is nice and quiet away from the town by about an 8 minute drive or so up from the base. There was even a bottle of champagne in the fridge to greet us on arrival. Make sure when you visit to book some time out on the lake with one of the local boat rental companies. Between the apartment accommodations, the hosts and the boat ride, our stay at the lake will forever stay with us as an unforgettable experience! Thanks again for everything Sara and Eva!

Spacious, Comfortable and Peaceful
Eva and Sara were incredible hosts! Eva greeted our group of 5 upon arrival and was ready at our disposal to help with any issues that came up (thankfully none!)
This rental unit was extremely clean and spacious to allow for all of us to have our own rooms and privacy. There's a nice terrace and patio to walk out onto depending on the floor you're on. At arrival I've found the house very clean, brand new...
fully equipped from kitchen to bath room with many little attention that make the difference.
The Owner and her friend who spoke very well English were very warm people.
I would definitely recommend this place for the view, the comfort and the price....
