This property was very convenient to town. The view was nice and the studio was modern and cozy.

Everything was great! The location was perfect and very peaceful. The home owner was very friendly and shared all information needed. Will be visiting again. A little piece of God's beauty

The location was good and the room was comfortable and clean. The view of the lake was beautiful and at the end of my busy days, it was a nice retreat to return in order to relax.

The closet was a bit difficult to access to hang my clothes. If that could be changed somehow the room would be perfect. The location of the closet was behind the trash and the room dehumidifier which was hard to maneuver.

This was the nicest place, we have stayed at. I love the nice decor. Very warm and inviting. Once you let down the shades, it's very easy to rest in the peaceful environment. Everything you need is provided, including snacks! We were very impressed! We didn't see the owners, while there. I compliment them on the charming and thoughtful space they have made available to others!

It was a very comfortable apartment. Really love the view of the lake and the fire ring. We enjoyed sitting around the fire catching up with friends in the evening. Kate was very responsive. We write a text in the evening and what we needed would be on the table outside our door the next morning. It’s very close to the shops at Waynesville and about 1/2 hour from the Biltmore.

Would have liked a washer and dryer but understand you can’t have everything.
