The house and location was great with everything we needed. Love the decor. The house came with everything we needed to feel like we were home away from home.

This place was perfect for us. One person in our group has a hard time with stairs so having a downstairs bedroom and bathroom was just great. The house is so beautifully laid out that we all had privacy when we needed it, quiet even when the 2 kids were running around, etc. We loved the way the house was decorated, so fresh and modern, beautiful sheets, dishes, great beds, etc., etc. We ate out on the deck whenever it wasn’t too hot - what a lovely deck, fabulous umbrella, and beautiful gardens. I could go on and on. Oh, and walking distance to such a beautiful, clean pond, wow! Matt was a pleasure to work with!

We just spent a week at this Osterville house. It was beautifully furnished, very clean, and the location was great. We could easily walk to the shops in Osterville, which is a charming town. There are sidewalks the entire way to the shops and even to the local beach(about 1.5 mile walk to Dowses Beach). The bedrooms are all comfortable, the kitchen and eating areas are lovely, and the house is supplied with everything you could possibly need. And there is a lovely outdoor seating area in the back yard with a gorgeous garden. The owner Matt was very helpful and responded promptly to all of my questions. I can’t say enough good things about this house. We loved everything about it!

My sister and I stayed here with our combined kids, and couldn't be more pleased with this choice. It is a wonderful cape house, clean and beautifully furnished & decorated. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more - the football and can jam got a ton of use!). While the road it is on is a little busy, the house is perfectly situated such that the yard and patio space were fully enjoyable and no road noise could be heard when inside. Adults had quiet coffee and conversation on the patio in the mornings, watching the many birds come an go - including so many hummingbirds and a grand hawk that swooped over every day. And the kids played in the yard during the day. There are plenty of seating areas for groups to gather inside or out. There is a sidewalk to easily get onto Main St and to restaurants. And in the opposite direction, a short walk gets you to Joshua's Pond - a beautiful fresh water pond and local swimming hole. The residents pass for the beaches was key - we loved Dowses Beach and there is another small parking area at the end of Wianno Ave that is a hidden gem. All in all, my sister and I came away feeling like our stay at this rental was a "real vacation". We would absolutely go back!

Matt was an outstanding communicator and just renovated this lovely vintage Cape Cod house, just minutes from the town of Osterville. The house was immaculate, with beautiful and tasteful furnishings, excellent air conditioning, and a set of beach chairs and some beach games. This house offers fairly amazing outdoor living with a beautiful deck overlooking a gorgeous garden. We spent a considerable time enjoying the yard, outdoor shower and the deck. The house is located a short walk from the town of Osterville Massachusetts as well as a fantastic little bakery. It is a three minute walk to a lovely town pond or a 4 to 5 minute drive to area beaches, which are fantastic. We were there with our four children, ages 15, 13, 10, and five and everyone enjoyed themselves. As I write this, I worry that I’m giving away the store and that other people well snap up this house and future summer months, but this brand new, immaculately renovated gem will provide an amazing vacation to anyone who chooses to go here.

We loved staying Matt's property. The home was spotless when we arrived, and absolutely stunning. Wonderful outdoor space with grill, dining table, and lounge couches, an outdoor shower, plus a massive shade umbrella, and a small lawn for running around. Large bedrooms, nice kitchen, and walking distance from the village and from Joshua's Pond. Matt was responsive to the little questions we had all week. We were two families with five little kids, but this would work well for a family with grandparents, as there is a nice Master on the ground floor. Don't miss your dream visit to Osterville!!
