located in a really good condominium, beach is wonderful

The hotel is located within a gated community. You need a car if you want to leave the hotel, if you need to to to a drugstore, have an ice-cream, etc. It's not easy to come into the gated community because the security guards for the gated community want to know the number of your Brazilian "social security ", etc. The hotel needs to find a better system for its guests. Food is available, basically 24/7 but if you plan to stay longer, you will get bored with the menu

The hotel needs some updates, the mattresses are very hard, they need a drugstore in the hotel since it is not easy to leave rge area. Ubers don't like going there because it is difficult to go through security of the gated community

They was asking more for the room than was agreed with booking? Hard located and guarded

Location is good for couples,family,solo travellers. Will need to know how to ride else will need an uber all the time to visit the nearest mall or shopping area, restraunt.

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise with the most perfect beach at walking distance.

The staff serving dinner was slow and a bit confused. They just need a bit more trainning

The toilet wasn't cleaned when we arrived.
