parking is policed by a 3rd party company and its the only thing that lets the britannia down. the 3rd party company are ruthless with tickets and you cant leave the car 5 minutes without getting a fine.

The room was spacious. Breakfast was nice and had what you reasonably could ask for.
The staff was very helpfull.
The bed was very soft and the room needed a fridge or a minibar.
Single rooms were rates way too high. You got a small room with a very small bathroom at almost the same price as a double room.

My only wish is for a slightly varied menu. I have stayed a few times so would love to try something new. Maybe a daily special would be a consideration to spice things up.

The bath tub in room 205 was too narrow. You could barely stand in it without falling over. If you are a senior or have balance issues I would recommend a room with a shower or a wider bath tub.

Need AC. You can't have a newer hotel and not have AC.
