Tinha um vazamento no box do chuveiro do banheiro que ia até o quarto danificando o Marco da porta. Coisa antiga. Já deveriam ter reparado

The location is excellent. And good breakfast. The room was very clean.
The service was not impeccable. We had to ask for another pillow as the one we had in the room was not comfortable. Nonetheless they were quick to give us another one. We had problems with the key that wouldn’t work and had to request another one for 5 times back and forth. Another thing was the carpet in the hallway that was very worn out and dirty.

visiting friends in the São Paulo area and the location was perfect. a very nice staff and the facilities were exactly what we needed. Very clean and welcoming. Bed was very nice, bathroom small, overall an amazing price for a very nice business type hotel.

The breakfast was great, with a variety of breads, cakes and natural fruit juices. It also offered hot plates, coffee, teas and a selection of fresh fruit and cheeses.
There is no safe in the room.

Hotel it was closed to the place I went to see.
I stayed at the hotel half of the time I was supposed to.
Beds are terrible, mattress were horrible, I’m glad I stayed only one night instead of two. Recovery of a busy day requires a better mattress.

Great and very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good and varied breakfast. Always stay in this hotel when in São Paulo and I highly recommend it.

it’s well located
bathroom wasn’t very clean, the walls had finger prints. the lobby smells like food.
room service was quick but the food wasn’t good (we had a burned burger).
