Clean & comfortable!

I did not realise how quiet “Phuket Town” is! This said, that’s not the hotel’s fault

The staff were very helpful and the service was very good as well. They even helped us with directions and lent us the adapter for free due to our charger not fitting the sockets. The room was also very clean and comfortable to sleep in after a long journey. The location of the hotel is also very good as it is in the centre of tourist attractions. Thank you so much Phuket Merlin. Definitely would want to stay here again when we visit Phuket😁

room booked for 3 people, when we arrived just 2 single beds were in The room. to add a 3rd one we had to pay… as it was clear that the room was just for 2. old hotel with old rooms and full of insects in The hall. i don’t understand How it can be a 4 star hotel….

The most wonderful staff who helped me for two weeks while I was on crutches after the accident 😻 Thank you so much

Pool and Location close to Old Town Phuket, 8-10 min walk. In terms of affordability, this hotel is good if you’re not looking to stay in a hostel.

Wifi connection wasn’t great at all. The staff ignored the “DND” sign on the door and woke us up. Understand accidents happen.

Bedrooms are spacious and pool area is nice addition. 10 minute walk to the old town.

Reception staff were often incredibly rude. Shuttle bus advertised to the beach runs one way towards the beach at 6pm in the evening which is not what’s needed. A lot of hair in our bathroom when we arrived. We added breakfast for one of the mornings, food was not good and very over priced.

location is not good, definitely not as advertised. long walk to the busy streets of Phuket, but not long enough for taxis to take you. Breakfast was not up to our standard, nothing for children and we had to buy our own breakfast at local supermarket. also, staff did not help to get any taxis, so we waited on the street for up to an hour to get a taxi to go anywhere

my room was cleaned daily and provided with all necessary items like bottled water. would recommend to any solo traveler.

“dumb” tv, could not watch youtube or other media other than Thai tv wich is useless for me personally.

The hotel is very old. We were 7 in our group and I almost believe that we were the only guests. We’ve bookes 3 nights, but decided to check out 2 days earlier.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than I expected. The room was beautiful, well decorated to welcome guests, and have a stunning view with mountain and a little part of ocean view. The hotel is very near the beach, just a minute walk.

No toothpaste and toothbrush were available in the bathroom. It's not easy to find the hotel as it's not located on the street side in downtown.

Good service, quick to answer emails and very helpful with covid questions.
