Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung im Eingangs- und Frühstücksbereich wirkt sehr einladend und angenehm. Das Frühstück mit viel Auswahl ebenfalls sehr gut.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer der mittleren Kategorie. Der Zimmer war wirklich sehr großzügig geschnitten, das Bad war Behindertengerecht ausgestattet, hat aber leider die Atmosphäre eines Bades, was man aus der Klinik kennt.

Tolles Ambiente. Vor allem die Gastronomie ist unschlagbar. Tradition und moderne mit einer top Küche!!!!!

Das Frühstück war sehr schön präsentiert und allumfassend. Das Hotel insgesamt ist recht verwinkelt gebaut. Straubing ist fußläufig vom Hotel zu erreichen. Alles vorhanden, was für eine Städtereise erforderlich ist.

- hervorragendes Frühstück, so etwas findet man wirklich selten; auch das Ambiente sehr schön
- Wahlmöglichkeit zwischen schon sehr reichhaltigem Frühstück und noch ausgiebigerem Brunch am Sonntag

Super freundliches Personal und sehr gute Gastronomie. Sehr motiviertes und freundliches Personal - an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und beim Frühstück! Super gute Qualitätät der Speisen. Absolute Ruhe im Zimmer.
Nichts.... das erste uns zugewiesene Zimmer war von der Geruchsbelästigung der Abflussrohre nicht erträglich. Aber absolut problemloser und schneller Tausch des Zimmers. Für uns schade - aber verständlich - , dass wir am Sonntagabend kein zweites Mal das Essen genießen konnten 😇 wegen Ruhetag/-abend.

Very nice rooms, perfectly clean and comfortable.
Breakfast amazing, nothing was missing.
Closed restaurant when information about closing was received after payment (tickets for free welcome drinks was nice but for nothing). Other restaurants not far away but also not that close if you are traveling with small kids.

Staff was super friendly. The place was absolutely clean. The rooms where nice as well. it was easy to find a parkingspot right in front of the hotel. Try the restaurant as well, they serve delicious food. The inner city is only a 10 minute walk away. Great place for a weekend with friends.
It is a little complicated to find the room due to the building layout, but staff kindly showed me the way.

the entrance is really nice, staff was really nice, optional buffet.
we had a glimpse of one of the renovated rooms - they looked nice.
the room was on the “ugly/old” side of the hotel - the bathroom was pretty old, the carpet was indescribable ugly, bed was okay, but the price was way to high for that. no balcony no nothing.
could have been a room in a random 2 star hotel.

Room was warm, no airco, parking garage very hot, in room some noise from wedding party downstairs (but at acceptable level)

Location and facilities
Room could have done with a fan as very warm (plus no aircon). Opening windows meant room noisy as stayed during beer festival and live band.
