Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was particularly spacious and featured a separate ante-room where our daughter was able to have some privacy.
The only minor fault was that the fridge didn't work.

Stayed here for an overnight on our way home. Well organised breakfast, nice food and coffee. Car could be parked on the courtyard of the hotel.
We thought there was airco in the room, because the site mentioned 'klima-anlage', but there wasn't. It was extremely hot during our stay.

The location is great, it's quiet and cozy around, you can get a direct streetcar. The service is extremely pleasant and speaks English without any problems. Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and it was nice to have lots of plates.
I could hear the neighbors and who walks in the corridor a little, but not critical.

All was very good. Staff was very accommodating and understanding and had prepared a nice cot bed for our toddler just as requested. Breakfast was nice including choice of fruits and snacks to go.
