Immaculate home on the river. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked - two of everything! Close proximity to hiking and beaches. Easy interface with property manager. A true five star experience!

Beautiful property and the house was amazing. We loved the fact that the windows & doors all opened to the sides and gave you that wonderful outdoor experience. Double everything! Grills, ovens, stove, dishwashers, sofas, tv's, tables & chairs! Super large 12 person hot tub and enough water toys for all. Large level yard for kids and dogs to run around. Great dock with 3 ladders for easy access in & out and the river wasn't to deep but just right. Redwood trees everywhere and a nice quiet neighborhood, with plenty of privacy.

The house and location to the river was stunning. We absolutely loved the view, the massive decks, the windows that opened up to the outside and the size of the house was fabulous. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of supplies within the kitchen to cook for a large party. We also loved the dock on the river, the convenience of the location, and all the kayaks and canoes they had available to us. The house had been remodeled, however, the bathrooms had not. All the bathrooms had old, outdated fixtures, holes in the tile potentially posing problems to bare feet, and lots of mold. We also did not feel super safe given one of the very large windows would not lock and one of the doors. I messaged the manager of the property and never got a response. If they corrected these issues, we would certainly return, but for the immense cost of the rental, the bathrooms and guests safety were the only real let down.

Beautiful house. So much space. Amazing lawn and access to the river. Owners thought of everything when designing the house. They really make it special for the guests. Looking forward to returning.

Everything about this property was amazing. You cannot best waking up just overlooking the river. The dock made it so easy to just hop in as we wanted and avoid crowds at the beaches. The yard was amazing for lawn games and the dogs. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing meals every day. Already plan on booking again next summer.

Magnificent. Like being in an isolated Hollywood hills mansion. All supplies and equipment needed (e.g., two gas grills on deck, lots of kayaks, canoes, etc.) Gorgeous river views and direct access. Easy couple of minutes’ drive from great restaurants, beaches, redwood forest. Lots of rooms for group activities and privacy for reading/working.

A fantastic location right on the river with easy access to the private dock. The house is open and spacious but still allows some privacy for the adults. The house is well taken care of, very clean and easy to figure out where things are and how to use the appliances. We will be coming back in the future.

This is a lovely house with an excellent view of the river. My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. And my son could walk 3 minutes to the golf course.

Can’t wait to come back!
This rental experience deserves an A+ from the start. Fidel was wonderful in communication from the beginning and was available to answer questions while we were on property. The house is incredible. Had everything we needed, from the kitchen, to the bedrooms to all the water toys….we didn’t need to rent anything. Spending all day on the River and then coming home and making dinner in the incredible kitchen followed by a soak in the hot tub. It doesn’t get much better than this. Can’t wait to come back.

Best vacation rental ever
Our family regularly books vacation rentals in this area and Healdsburg, we've stayed in some beautiful properties but this is by far my favorite. The location is divine with the access to the river. And the way the family remodeled the house is exquisite. I love the large white tile flooring throughout with the red door and gernaniums. The bathrooms are not as updated as the rest of the house but I love their simplicity and a touch of the old. The owners are responsive and friendly and had fresh flowers decorating the entrance. I'd rather keep the place a secret but for them I'll leave this review. :)

Fantastic place for a getaway weekend
Booked this home for a getaway weekend with 5 other friends and it did not disappoint! We were hesitant about whether it would be comfortable with 8 people (I think we’ve all had those moments when looking at properties… “does it REALLY accommodate that many people, comfortably?” ;-) But after being there, there was plenty of space and I would have NO qualms about having a group of 8 adults. Communication with the owner and the property manager was great; both were very responsive to questions. We had a minor issue with the keypad for the lock, and they were on it very quickly. The indoor/outdoor space is amazing: the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space for group meals, we loved being able to open up the glass doors and have the air flow through the home. Having the hot tub to come back to every evening was a great way to cap off the day. Everyone in our group was in love with the space, and we are all looking forward to coming here again next year.

Little was labeled (ie. multiple trash bins, but no indication of recycling anywhere) or marked, so I highly recommend the property owner leave a binder with the house instructions for guests to easily access. For the price point, one expects perfection, and we arrived to a full dishwasher of dirty dishes and as others have noted, the bathrooms fall far short of the rest of the house. There were no beach towels and the quality of the bathroom towels was subpar. That said, everything else was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. For all of the screens in the house, only directv is offered, so those used to accessing netflix, amazon prime, hbo, etc. take heed as entertainment options are limited. The owner was generous in comping the movies we paid to watch on directv.

My only suggestions would be to install dimmers on the lighting. We found them too bright for relaxing evenings and the hot tub was "hot" in name only :( It's time to renovate the bathrooms! Details yes, but important at this price point. Thank you for a wonderfully inspired get-away.

The property was spectacular! The house was absolutely beautiful, immaculate, well and comfortably furnished and a joy to spend time in. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed, the deck was a beautiful place to enjoy the sunshine and views of the river with the added treat to be able to use the kayaks to float down the river. The setting in the towering redwoods was amazing. The light in the house is awesome, from floor to ceiling windows, skylights, sunshine from every angle.What a special place to spend time and enjoy our family.

The property was spectacular! The house was absolutely beautiful, immaculate, well and comfortably furnished and a joy to spend time in. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed, the deck was a beautiful place to enjoy the sunshine and views of the river with the added treat to be able to use the kayaks to float down the river.
