Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. Everything was so beautiful, well stocked with everything we could possible need, and in the perfect location. Upon our Mother's arrival, she teared up when she saw the Christmas tree in the living area. She could not believe that that was done for us. It made our families holiday gathering even more festive! THANK YOU! Mom (82) talked about how much she appreciated the elevator, and how "fresh looking" and how well kept the home was. It suited our family to a T, and even the parking was not a problem. We found the lot just north (0.2mi) of the house to work quite well for the other cars. We all stayed at the house other than a walk about here and there, so parking wasn't an issue. Thanks again for sharing your home with our family. We look forward to our return. Happy Holidays and a happy/healthy new year!

We loved our stay, our kids really enjoyed fishing right off the dock they caught so many fish and were thrilled! Views were beautiful and the house had everything we needed.

First let me start by saying this home is absolutely beautiful! My family and I enjoyed our stay and it is in walking distance to the beach which is great. I do have to agree with the previous comments about parking, wish there were more spaces to use but we made it work. Also we noticed there was mildew on the ceilings. The water pressure goes low to almost stopping in the showers when multiple people use them. The Wi-Fi is verrry iffy and didn’t work upstairs, tvs didn’t work in twin bedroom upstairs and the volume for the TV stopped working after the 2nd day while using the remote and we couldn’t find how to utilize that manually. So there are a few technical difficulties but there are definitely more pros then cons, I would recommend this home.

Our family enjoyed staying here, the elevator made it much easier for our elders. Note that on full moon high tides, as much as 2-3 feet of water stands on Canal Drive twice a day. No effect on parked cars, but impacts coming/going. House is comfortable and super well stocked, great views and property manager very responsive.

Great home for a family - location perfect - 3 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes walk to rides and shops. The 3 car limit was a challenge with a large group. Sunsets on the deck were spectacular….and we enjoyed all the boat activity.

We had a week’s vacation with our family.
Everything was perfect. We had no trouble at all-everything worked perfectly. It is close to many things you can walk to.
The view from the canal side was really beautiful.
Our grandchildren fished, rented kayaks, and paddle boards. They had a great time. There are beautiful sunsets. The elevator was wonderful, since I need a hip replacement soon, and not having to walk the steps was such a plus!! We certainly will return to this place!! THANK YOU FOR LETTING US STAY!!

We had a great time at this property. The house is in perfect location with short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The views of the marina and boats are incredible and it was the best part of the day after beach to hang out on the deck. Kids had a lot of fun fishing of the dock. The kitchen is full of everything you may need on vacation to cook for a lot of people. The house is very spacious and everyone was very comfortable. We have been going on family vacation in NC and SC for many years and this house by far was everyone's favorite. Thank you!!!!

I frequently say why by 1 vacation home when you rent many for different locations and styles. But this home and its location made me think if I to own one and I can see myself come back again and again then its this property. Had great 3 nites and 4days fun. Goes in my list of potential repeat rentals...

This is a wonderful house with beautiful views of the canal. Plenty of space for our multi-generational family and everything we needed. Just a short stroll to the beach and boardwalk. Really great if you have a crowd on different schedules. We rarely got in the car. The house is so beautiful you could spend your day on the porch. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there were a few minor areas missed but we also know from check in that the renters before us left the home in horrible shape. I feel certain that with more time and in normal circumstances this would be 5 stars. Only thing that would make this place more perfect is a comfy couch on the porch outside the living area. Thank you for a most enjoyable week.

Good vacation. The only draw back is the parking, we ended up paying an extra as a group for 2 extra parking places for the week (we had a total of 5 cars in our group) the elevator was broken which was difficult as we had elderly grandparents who struggled with the steps due to heart issues and need for cane. (The owner did help us with that) maybe another set of towels per room would be nice but everything else was excellently stocked. Lots of beach chairs and toys provided and nice to have shower and storage downstairs! Caught a lot of fish off the dock ( kids loved that) and lots of spices in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend as a nice place to stay, beach access has a ramp and we had reserved a beach wheelchair which was free at recreation center when reserved ahead of time

Great location; living room/deck had beautiful views of canal. Backyard pier great for fishing and personal boat. Approximately-one block walk to beach. Boardwalk, restaurants and boat cruises short walk. Aquarium and Kure beach short drive.

Best vacation condo we’ve ever stayed in!
This home was amazingly well kept and very very clean! It fit our family of 14 perfectly! The porches were perfect for views of the canal and we daw tons of wildlife during our stay. Very short walk to the beach and adjacent to public beach access.

Awesome week
Very short walk to the beach and did not miss being on the beach at all with the amazing views from our back deck overlooking the canal. Wonderful sunsets and bird/fish/boat activity to watch from the deck. The house was well laid out, well decorated and plenty of room. One downside was no ice maker. I had called, and it says ice maker on the ad, but it is a small one in the refrigerator, not a standalone ice maker. The three parking spots was a bit of a juggle, but we made it work.

Our stay was great! The house was immaculate and very well stocked with kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and beach towels. The rooms were very spacious and the views off the deck to the waterway was amazing and soothing to the soul. We all agreed that even though it wasn't a beachfront property with views of the ocean (there is, actually in the bedrooms) the views of the boats going by in the waterway was an ever changing canvass and that made it all the more special. There was ample seating inside and outside on the deck so our large group could enjoy a dinner seating together. We most definitely had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property
Spent the weekend with friends and family - the property was beautiful and spacious. The property owners are very responsive! The house is in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping which was a plus. The weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy full beach days so we spent a lot of time at the house relaxing but there were some beach items for use. There is also a quick access to get on the beach. The only downside is parking; there is only three parking spots for a house that can hold 16. However, there are two parking spots directly next to the house which you can pay per day for parking. Overall a wonderful experience and we would certainly stay here again!

Actually, the photos don't do it justice. The layout is great with excellent views in a great location. The home is very well appointed including a well stocked kitchen with cleaning supplies and miscellaneous cooking items & condiments. Our stay was great & we thank you for allowing us to enjoy your gorgeous home.

Great place
This place was very nice! The only complaint is parking. It’s hard for a house that sleeps 16 to only have 3 parking spots. But other than that the place was great! Great location, walking distance to the beach, very clean and great views of the canal as well.

I can’t say enough about how awesome this trip was. We were celebrating my 52nd birthday with family. The house was so spacious and inviting with amazing views. We utilized the boat dock which is an added bonus. The owners were super sweet and very responsive. We will be booking again soon.

Last minute getaway for July 4th week. Have vacationed at many of the surrounding beaches but first time to Carolina Beach. We enjoyed our stay and house was beautiful. Boat slips are added bonus. Property owner was super responsive to our questions.
