Right on 200ft road, easy access to GST. Friendly staff.
No free parking as described on the description, parking is on road. No Free wifi. No paid channels. Running water was muddy.

Our stay at Chennai Inn goes beyond words. We never felt that we were staying in a hotel. It was just home away from home. Perfect for a family. The ambience was good, the surroundings were quiet and calm, the room was compact and cozy. Though there are no restaurants in walkable distance, the Inn gives you a homely reception for food ordered on apps to be delivered to your room. The staff were prompt and polite in their enquiry cum reminder about the check-out time and obliged to our request for a late check-out. The staff was so hospitable at all times.
Chennai Inn would surely be in our top list on our next visit to Chennai.

It's budget stay in Chennai centre, everything is ok except, staffs were friendly
everything is ok except the stagged water around the hotel, due to that mosquito was there even after ac is on, that's the only thing which is not acceptable...

Location was good
There is NO service available.
There is NO reception, when I return to hotel at 10PM the person in the reception was sleeping and talking to me which was NOT professional.
NO housekeeping done for the 2 days i stay there

near by there was no restaurant really hard to have the food. there no balcony.

Bed was okay
One of the worst check-in ever. I had a lot of luggage and kids with us, and the person in reception kept playing on the phone. The aircon was not working and they were not ready to help. I was going past the reception many times and the guy at the reception didn't ask me about the payment (I though the payment would be debited from my acc) but the guy went to the room when I went outside and rude to my wifi who doesn't speak Tamil. Really bad location, there is no take away or dine in restaurant near by

The room was very comfortable and good value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
It was close to the airport which was good but not near any food restaurants. Also, the hotel didn't have wifi which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff ordered food for us so that wasn't a problem.
