Il est très bien placé , avec le parc juste à côté et un soda en bas très bon . Pas mal de bus à côté pour aller au mercado central .

La ubicación es muy buena, el área tranquila, cama cómoda, buen espacio interior, mucha seguridad, que tuviera parking
no tiene ascensor, el drenaje del baño lento, la estufa no funcionaba bien, el televisor solo se podía ver 1 canal

Excellent place to stay in San Jose, close to the main city center. It is beside the peaceful La Sabana Park, which is an ideal place away from the bustling streets of San Jose.
THe only thing was the lack of laundry facilities - but our host assured us that the apartment was being renovated so it would be taken care of in the future!

failed to indicate name on the building making it hard to find. no soap in the bathroom. had to go out late to purchase at store

the wifi was good, the car park was good and the location was good.
the house has no personal touch its just a very basic house. not comfortable. not the sofa nor the chairs. the bed was ok. it needs to be improved from just walls and beds (unless that's what you are looking for) to something a bit more.

The hosts were very clear with instructions to check in and out. Our pickup from the airport went smooth and was very prompt. The room was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.
