there weren’t any activities to do inside the hotel. they didn’t check the TV and the refrigerator that didn’t work. not even a welcome drink. not a good place for a family with kids ☹️

Clean and spacious room even sleeping 4. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfasts. Good location only 10 min from Assisi village

Nice and kind staff. Free parking. HB possible and affordable. Internet was reliable.
Definite not a four star hotel. We had to change the room twice. The hotel room was very much worn out. Probably due to COVID no investments or refurbishing was done, General lack of freshness. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately the dinner was below expectation with rather greasy food, cooked without imagination and without the typical Italian flavors.
Situated at the outskirts of Maria de Angeli. A car is needed to go anywhere.
There is nothing memorable we did take home from our stay in this hotel.

People at reception was really good and professional. Good average breakfast.
Single room seriously too small. When I went in I also had to remove myself a kid's bed that was stored in the room and leave it on the corridor. I found it still there the day after. Too bad.
