Great property. Extremely clean.

Very roomy for 7 people, clean, awesome view of ocean.

My family, parents and brother had a great time. Communication was great. Check in/out process was easy. Owner had great recommendations for food/shopping/activities. Overall had a nice family trip!

Clean and very well appointed. Lovely large deck overlooking the ocean was terrific for morning coffee and evening dining. Lots to do nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Clean, well stocked, easy access to beach, unreal view- what more could you ask for?! If you’re debating this house, but have hesitation because not everything in life is as it seems online nowadays, consider yourself safe to proceed! It’s as wonderful as the pictures portray it to be!

This house is great and decorated very well. Everything was as advertised. Our one issue is a new house is in the beginning stages of being built so we were awaked every morning to the sounds of construction directly next door. Our first night there we even got a nail in our tire so that was disappointing to have to deal with on vacation. Other that that, the house was very nice.

Your property was beautiful, clean, postcard view. We really enjoyed being all together with lots of family time together. We walked the beach, put together puzzles and just hung out. Our only issue was the soft beds through the property. Two people rolled toward each other which was sometimes an issue getting out of bed. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a great house for a large family. Kay

Centrally located, great decor and fully stocked.

We loved being together for our meals, walking on the beach and finding the turtles, and local kid-friendly activities, like touring Fort Clinch and area playgrounds.

This house was great. It was clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was nice as well. There are steps to enter into the house and steps to get to second floor. The view from the deck was beautiful. It was very convenient to get to the beach

We loved the house. The huge deck with oceanfront views is the showstopper, but the whole experience was top-notch. There was space for everyone; the house was very clean; and the decor and design of the house was well-done. The property owners were very professional with their communication and interactions. Thanks for the great experience; we'd love to come again.

We had the best time in this beautiful beach home. Plenty of space for us to spread out and the teenagers were able to have their own space and the kids theirs. Kitchen was well equipped. The layout was wonderful and amenities were great! We will definitely be going back! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Very very nice. There are stairs to climb so be aware But it’s lovely space and the huge deck is amazing.

Beautiful view and home! Would preferred it to be a little further off the road. And unusual that the master bath did not have a door. Overall it was a wonderful week!

Our group of friends had an amazing stay at Duke's Beach House. Beautiful property. Jenny is a super friendly and responsive host. Property was well appointed with personal items, cooking appliances, towels, etc. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet stay with direct Beach access.

We had 4 generations join us on the beach trip to Duke’s Beach house on Amelia Island. From 2 years old to 82 years old we had a perfect time. The house was clean and well stocked. My daughter who loves to cook was crazy about the gourmet kitchen. The view of the ocean from our living room was spectacular. The private walk to the beach was well maintained and easy to navigate. We had a great family vacation and this rental helped make it happen. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our first time to Amelia Island - this was a good experience. The semi-private deck to the ocean was a perk, and it wasn't too crowded (though we went before peak season). House was clean and well presented. We enjoyed it!

We had an awesome family vacation with 8 adults and 4 kids under 6. The massive deck overlooking the ocean is stunning. The proximity to the very large and soft sandy beach was ideal for our family. The kids bunk room is located on the second floor just off the kitchen/living room and was great for the two older kids. The master was very spacious and includes its own balcony. The owners were great and very seamless to deal with. The check in was 4pm on the dot so for those traveling from out of town keep that in mind. We will be renting again for sure!

The house was everything it looked like in the pictures. It was beautiful! Fabulous location to the beach. The only thing we were disappointed with was that there was not any chairs for the beach or buckets/toys for kids to play with on the beach. When you come all the way from the west coast, you really can't pack beach stuff. We did go buy toys for our grandkids and just left them at the house, hoping perhaps they would put them somewhere for someone else to use. We didn't really want to invest in chairs though -- so that was a bummer. Overall though, we LOVED our stay! Thanks

Beach house was absolutely perfect. Very clean, spectacular views from the deck and upstairs living area. Plenty of space for our entire family to relax. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jenny did and amazing job with this property. She provided everything we needed for our short stay. The view was spectacular. The house is literally on the beach and has a private ramp to the beach. I loved every bit of the property and will recommend it to everyone!! I definitely will book here for future stays!! Thanks Jenny! The complimentary wine was so tasty!

We loved our stay. Pros: - Right on the ocean with a beautiful walkway leading to the water and beach. - Nice outside sitting and grilling area for entire complex to use. - Close to town making dinners out easy. - Streaming services and televisions were easy to use. - Three beautiful decks accessible only to our unit with lots of nice furniture - these were great spaces to meditate, do yoga, read, and watch the ocean. - Beautifully decorated place that appeared to have new tile, granite, and cabinetry. - Comfy beds, bedding, and furniture throughout home. - Lots of bath towels and beach towels to use. - The open concept, ocean views, newer appliances and well stocked kitchen made food preparation pleasant. - Bathrooms were spacious and well designed including rain and handheld showerheads. - Lots of lovely wildlife along the boardwalk in the dunes and at the Oceanside - we saw tortoises, rabbits, dolphins, and many sea birds. Cons: - Road noise - bedrooms were all on roadside and the noise of the road woke me early each morning. - The master bedroom could not get dark enough - the porch light from another unit showers the room with light at night - this could be easily remedied with black out blinds or curtains. Frankly, we wished we had more time there. We loved our stay, would stay again should we return to Amelia Island, and recommend it to others.
