The check in process was super quick!

Great location. Grounds were well maintained. Enjoyed staying there and would enjoy staying there again. Would like to know if you have any properties available for snowbird stays?
Better beds in second bedroom. The twins seemed a little shaky, and too squeaky when rolling over in bed.

beautiful property, close to the pool, beach access was convenient
Our keys did not work on the back entrances to the pool. We called to report it, but cancelled the request after we didn’t hear back after 24 hours.

We enjoyed the welcome breakfast and wine and cheese events
The hot tub went out, mouse droppings in kitchen cabinets.

Very convenient location. Plenty of space. Good bones.
MBR shower is just weird. Floor is uneven upstairs. Shower leaks on to the floor and the puddles up by the vanity.

Harassing at check in by time share sales lady and continued calling several times a day

The location and pool area was great.
The washer needed replaced, but they replaced it a couple days later which was great. And the shower only had cold water but maintenance was able to fix it same day.
