The owners have done a wonderful job decorating and outfitting this lovely, comfortable home in a perfect location in downtown Harbor Springs. The bright, airy living space indoors is fabulous, with lots of seating and open space that accommodated our family perfectly. The house is immaculate, and very well-maintained. The front porch, outdoor table, and fenced yard were added bonus. We highly recommend this property, and hope to rent it again for years to come.

Our family of four had a great week in Harbor Springs with this sweet cottage as home base! The light-filled living room and kitchen made it a joy to spend time there, and the porch was a nice spot for a cup of coffee or reading a book in the delightful weather. Our kids (11 & 14) loved being able to walk or ride bikes into town on their own, grabbing donuts at Johan's, ice cream at Yummies, or movie at the theater. This was a perfect spot to enjoy all that Harbor Springs has to offer!

Loved the big open family room and the front porch. It was in a perfect location to access town and the beach. Our kids loved the play kitchen! It was a great place for 3 families to stay together!

This house had just about everything we needed and in a very central location. Beautiful yard and extra touches! We appreciated the 2 large bathrooms and half bath, as well as large living area with lots of seating. Outdoor porch area was cozy and inviting! With the beautiful weather, flowers, access to beach and woods, we thought we were in a summer wonderland!

Great House!!!
We had never been to Harbor Springs before. This house was tastefully decorated and large layout. The beds are ver comfortable and come with nice linens. Kitchen well equipped, updated bathrooms, and nice amenities all around. Location was perfect for getting into town and the beach.

We had a wonderful time staying at the "Downtown Oasis"!! It's very comfortable and its location is perfect...near all restaurants, waterfront, farmers market, etc. Just exceptional.

Exceptionally well-appointed and with every square inch of the interior being put to good use . . . you will find comfort in every corner of the house. The host is immediately available, patient and responsive. They truly want you to have a wonderful experience and come to love Harbor Springs as much as all of us already do. Have no reservations whatsoever staying at this property — unless, of course, it’s one of the weeks that we want to rent it again!

It's a one block walk into town. 2 main bedrooms on the main floor (could accommodate 2 couples). Basement has a bedroom with 2 queens and a bedroom with bunk beds. This was our 1st VRBO experience. After being separated by Covid for 18+ months, we had a mini-family reunion in Harbor Springs. It was great to be together after so many months apart. This house served as a lovely "home base" for our stay. :-)

We enjoyed every moment of our 2-week stay in this spacious, beautiful and comfortable home! It’s open floor plan is great for entertaining and for larger groups.
Great space for 3-4 couples or a larger family.
You are literally steps away from downtown/Main Street, shopping, restaurants, the marinas and the public beach.
Plenty of spacious street parking in the summer.
We will rent again.
