La posizione comoda sia per andare in centro che per andare al mare, lontano dalle grandi strade in zona tranquilla anche di notte, personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
L'impianto elettrico è un po' vecchio e bisogna procurarsi degli adattatori

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e a circa 20 minuti a piedi da PalaCongressi e stazione ferroviaria. La camera era delle giuste dimensioni e molto pulita. La cena mi è stata servita presso un hotel vicino, che fa parte dello stesso gruppo del Britannia (servizio ottimo, portate abbondanti e buonissime!). Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

The locatiion was quite convenient, reasonable distance from train station. Proper heating in the room.
The hotel desperately needs renovation. There were some debris on the floor and dust/hairs everywhere, especially in a bathroom

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.
L'hotel è molto rumoroso, le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate. L'odore nella camera era sgradevole. La colazione niente di speciale. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e ho dormito malissimo. L'hotel è davvero vecchio, la biancheria totalmente usurata. Non lo consiglio.

Simple but extra clean. Smaller bathroom but totaly fine. There was elevator so odlet people shouldn’t be scared to be in higher floor. Staff speaks english andbthey are super nice and willing. Breakfast was awesome.

Location is good (close to the sea and the railway station), staff is friendly.
WiFi was not working (in Europe in 2023!!) so I could not work properly. The room was cold. I will not book here again.

The staff was super nice, especially the recepcionist Stephane, the romanian guy from Vienna hotel and funny capuccio.
The cleaning ladies came every day, it was really clean.
Also dinner at Vienna hotel, very delicious!
breakfast was a bit poor, and bread was dry every day, when the food ran out they didnt refill.
The elevator was special, really thick doors. Luckily we are thin :D

The sea, the centre and the Metro Mare station were nearby. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok.
The room was very small, we couldn't stop the water on the toilet (the tank was faulty). On the first day the room was cold. In the lounge was a bad smell.

Arrived, despite booking and it was shut, not one light on probably out of season! I am not impressed with booking.com for allowing a booking, despite ‘pay at venue’ description. as had to walk and look for alternative in the dark !

Nice staff, some parts of the hotell needs an update, the location was great, the Wifi was stable but not very fast, the room was clean, the breakfast was nice but a limited selection. Overall a quit nice hotel.

Both the Beach and Train Station in walking distance; Bed made and Room cleaned during my 2 night stay - didn't expect that; good selection for breakfast; bedroom door artwork (see photo) can only be explained by Fellini having been born in Rimini!
Noisy AirCon Unit; Tea/Coffee making facilities in the bedroom would be an inexpensive enhancement; west facing bedrooms subject to noise from very busy nearby railway lines likely to disturb sleep; put a Note of the Wi-fi Password in the bedrooms; no English language news channel on TV

Very well located- close to the beach and city centre. Comfortable bed and cute balcony. Perfect for a short stay! Breakfast was delicious! Wide variety of food, everything fresh and tasty. Also applause to the personnel - extremely helpful and welcoming.
