The wash room was slightly smelly.

The whole staff and especially the manager were very ready to help us. Because we had a late flight on our checkout day they allowed us to stay late until 4pm, which was very kind of them. Special thanks to the manager! And the breakfast was of high quality.

Location is good and peaceful. Everything mostly available nearby. Reception Staffs are professional and corporative.

Lasi was not made from yogurt
Asked for cappuccino and they gave me a coffee with out explanation. My 13 year old son was told can't join breakfast as he had shorts on. Doesn't state anywhere they have a dress code for breakfast, in a result my son went without breakfast for two days. No tea coffee in rooms. Not enough towels, no iron, had to wait 4 hours for clothes when I was told would be done in an hour. Can't go swimming without swimming cap another rule. Pool was closed, cinema and bowling for two days. Terrible experience. And to top it off they charged us £30 for fitness club as an addition to the actual cost of the hotel when all facilities were out of use and wouldn't refund. The hotel is big for nothing.
