Fantastic staff-- very friendly, welcoming, and could answer my questions about the area. There's a park across the way and a direct (and short) walk to the beach.

Pillow was a bit thin, but I'm sure that's something that's easily remedied.

Very nice staff, place is real close to the beach and also to a nice, big park. They were even as kind as to get a baby bath for our 2 y old girl, and they were really helpful along our stay.

Location is perfect, staff is lovely, breakfast was really good

Very nice renovated hotel. Lovely room, although no daylight.. Seems to be normal in Italy to have blinders on the balcony doors which cannot be opened. Good breakfast.

Personnel quite formal, no welcoming smiles. Sound proof poor, voices from the neighboring room can be clearly heard.

Very good hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious (please, taste la torta al cioccolato made by the owner 😋). The staff is very friendlier 🤗

Before we came to Viareggio, we stayed in the center of La Spezia for 6 nights. The walls of the appartment were thin and there was a lot of noice from outside. Then we stayed for 2 nights in hotel Vittoria (Viareggio). It was a very good bed with good pillows ... and silents! We slept like babies! The staff behind the desk and the lady at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. We felt welcome! The breakfast was amazing. We choosed this hotel because I saw at the photos that there was also bread with eggs and bacon and fresh fruit. Because we don't like the Italian breakfast with "torta". Normally, we never eat "torta" in the mornings, but we tried the "torta con albicocche" and it was amazing! This hotel was for us 10/10.

A very nice renovated "Italien" Hotel. We liked the location, the atmosphere, nice breakfast, the location next to the park and only 6 min walk to the beach ... Also to mention, the hotel is very clean. the room keeping did a very good job! Good to know, the hotel has an agreement with the city for 5 Euro parking on the street per day.

Bathroom is limited in space and has limited space to place the belongings.

Very nice and clean hotel, spacious room. Silent air-condition. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast with fantastic cakes! Almost super silent room when you close the windows.

Might be difficult to find the parking space but we always found some.

Lovely traditional Italian building. Fantastic staff, family run and made you feel like you were part of the family. Fantastic breakfast, great choice, fresh produce and excellent home made cakes! Modest sized rooms, big enough for the two of us. Good bathroom, very clean through out. Across the road from a lovely park. 5 minutes walk from the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Rooms arent the biggest but good value for money. Cant think of anything else. Would definitely stay here again

The communication in advance of our stay was great and fast. We wanted to store baggage and the Hotel was happy for us to do this. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Sweet and savoury and service with a smile. The location was great, 10 mins from the station and 2 blocks from the beach. The staff were lovely and helpful. The cleanliness was also great given the situation with COVID. Rooms were clean, spacious with comfy beds. Would recommend a room on the first floor with the balcony overlooking the park.

The are very kind and helpful. They served us gluten and lactose free breakfast every morning because of my wife's allergy. :) Gluten free cakes were delicious. Mille grazie
