Very nice unit in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable, with nice style. We plan to stay here again the next time we plan a trip to the Santa Ynez valley.

This is a wonderful quiet place to retreat. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and convenient location to so many great options around the valley. It’s small and fairly minimalist but it worked great for us !

I stayed at this location May 2022, in Santa Yanez. Unfortunately I only stayed one night traveling through town, however this place is so nice and charming I wish I had stayed longer. The room is as advertised and very clean. Just enough room for a short stay for 1 or 2 people. The location is great and close to very many things. Tucked away guest house which is a part of the main house however everything you need is there and not necessary to have access to the main house. Plenty of parking and is in a quiet safe neighborhood. Communications with the owners went well and they were very receptive to text messages. Will definitely look forward to staying there again if ever back in the area.

Quiet location in Santa Ynez residential area. The unit is an attached cottage, well kept and nicely furnished. Close to Solvang, Los Olivos and the Ostrich farm.

We had a very nice experience. We arrived about an hour early, but we were able to put our luggage in the room and go out exploring the various wineries close by. The room was nice and clean and was everything as advertised. Close by to small boutiques and nice restaurants where we had dinner. Highly recommend. Nice experience!

Private in an interesting and beautiful neighborhood. I loved walking through the neighborhood with my husband. The houses are all unique and different with hobby farms and animals behind the homes. Sandra and Todd were excellent hosts and very helpful with good suggestions on vegetarian restaurants in the area . When letting them know that we needed extra towels they brought them right over.

This could not have been better! The location is a very short drive from dozens of wineries, tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping. The property is very comfortable and relaxing. We took a lot of walks around the neighborhood and hiked at the nearby Lake Cachuma. The kitchen is a full kitchen (fridge, sink, microwave, oven/stovetop, dishes, etc.) and everything you need. The private patio is a great place to relax at the end of the day and before going to dinner. I highly recommend this property!

The perfect spot for R&R. Loved it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the guest suite. The bedding and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Even the throw pillows were cushy and enjoyable in which to rest my head while working on the computer. The kitchen is modern with a modern counter and sink, and is a good size for a suite. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn't working but the hosts kindly put out a cooler filled with ice which worked well for my stay. There is a little grassy area in the front with chairs for guests, and I even spotted a bunny and the neighbor's horse. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely yet not far from Solvang or the casino. It's not unusual to see and hear farm animals here. People were walking their horses on the street and I heard a rooster. I also passed a large pig resting daily. The shower/tub is ADA accessible which is great but it can be a bit tricky to exit the shower with the direction the door has to go in. Also, the fabric curtain didn't do much to stop the water from the shower spraying onto the floor so part of the bath mat inevitably became saturated. It could have been user error. I really appreciated the fact the suite was single story and the fact they had air conditioning which is a huge plus in the summer. Overall I had an extremely comfortable stay and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. I appreciated the communication from the hosts and a secure parking spot next to the suite. Things to note: There was no iron or ironing board.

Very clean and modern furnishings, huge and comfy bed, great amenities, super quiet. Close to everything!
