Everything about this property is perfect! Beautiful sunrises in the bay and don’t ever miss a sunset at the beach which is just a short stroll away! Plenty of bed space for the kids and a very comfy King for the parents! Manasota Key is quaint and pristine. No fighting for beach space with this property as all the beach is private to the homes in this area. We also found shark teeth and sea glass, a first for us! We hope to be back very soon!

lots of open space. Lots of sleeping area. Big kitchen area with counter. Outside dining on porch. Comfortable place. Can park 2 cars if needed. Short walk to beach. Can see canal from porch. Can fish close by. Host is very responsive to communication if needed.

We only stayed one night, came late and had early check out. For longer stays - Access to laundry on site would be helpful. Some beach chairs would be nice too. Later check out would have been helpful to us.

We loved the location. The place was spacious and beds were very comfortable. The house is on a nice street with easy access to the bay or beach.

A new grill would be nice. Only one side worked.

House was on a quiet street and close to Stumps Pass Park and opposite way restaurant and beach access.

Kitchen cabinets a little yucky inside. But can tell upgrades are being made to house.

Location was excellent
