We loved the Arcadia house!! The room was so cute and nice. The bathroom was really big with a big shower, so lovely! Everything was also very clean. We didn't mind that there was no microwave in the room, just make something else to eat (like a salad) or go out to dinner =)!

Could do with tea and coffee facilities in the room and a mini fridge, there's plenty of room for it.

Bed were uncomfortable

Comfortable and clean, nicely decorated rooms. Fans and aircon so would be cool in summer too. Access to a fridge and tea and coffee supplies in the hallway. 10-15 minute walk to shops and beach.

I booked a guesthouse thinking it was more like a B&B (my preference as a solo traveller) but didn’t see anyone for the 3 days I was there. There are no laundry facilities.

We loved the style of the house, old-world charm, and comfort. The location and the quietness of the surrounding streets.

The layout of how the bathrooms, were connected to each room, e.g. we were in room 2, and where the bed was in that room, was next to the bathroom of room 3, and being woken in the middle of the night, by the man in that room, using the bathroom, was very annoying

drop dead gorgeous rooming house in a lovely quiet neighbourhood an easy walk from the strip of shops and restaurants or from the beach!

People in the room next door to me shuffling about in their room pre bed, but not a big drama....they just seemed to be busy ..bit of noise...but not a big deal . Just reminded me I wasn't alone

pretty guest house, well styled.

There was no window in my room, only in the ensuite! So a bit dark. Wouldn’t have mattered so much if good weather but it rained so I was stuck inside for more than I would have liked. Also you can hear everything in your neighbours rooms including loud telephone calls, flushing toilets and showers!

Room size, location, great decoration and all in all very comfortable. Great bathroom.

super cute colonial B&B! room a little small but enough for the two of us given we were away most of the time. really good location and super quiet street.

the Wi-Fi was non existent and even phone data didn’t have good coverage in the room. not a big deal when you want to disconnect but got a little frustrating to have to go outside.

Bed was SO comfortable and great bath! We LOVED this stay in Byron Bay. It’s a small walk to town but lovely neighborhood. They had fresh cold water available and everything was perfect.
