The apartment was well decorated and neat, WiFi was excellent very good air conditioning. The apartment was spacious plenty of natural light.
The shower was not hot, could not get the controls to increase the temperature. The bins were not emptied every day.

The location was very good and easy to locate
The surroundings and apartment was very clean and reserved

The place was very quiet. Very close to the mall (palace mall) and many pubs and restaurants.
The AC was not chilling. The bathroom, living room and bedroom were not sparkling clean. As a "penthouse", I expected more cleanliness. But hey, with the price, I guess it's cool.
