Great location, and nice resort amenities for families. Great pools. Actual unit is very dated, including appliances which work but are loud and imperfect. Everything was clean, and front desk was helpful. Beware of semi- high pressure sales tactics to become an owner.

Would recommend and would love to come back someday. Larry was extremely helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased with his assistance. The weather wasn’t pleasant at all for our visit to Williamsburg, however the place was spacious enough for our family of 6 to enjoy our time together inside due to large amounts of rain. The kids were able to swim in both pools as long as there was no lightening, the arcade and on-site movie theater were so helpful and nice on the rainiest of days. Everything was clean and the staff were ever so friendly and helpful.

The stay wasn't okay, I could hear the people in the next room very clearly. I was not given the 2 bedroom lock off I paid for, only a 1 bedroom and so I had to pay for another room.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Williamsburg to celebrate our son's birthday. The property was clean, lots of amenities on site. The only down-side was at check in whe we were sent to the concierge to pickup our keys and got hit with the typical timeshare pitch of free gifts, just visit our welcome center. No thank you, that is not what we came for. Mid week we received a phone call, just "making sure everything was good with our stay and don't forget abut your free gifts". If a guest is not booking directly with Wyndham vacations for the purpose of timeshare interest, then this step should be skipped. Overall pleasant stay and would stay again.

The property included two bedrooms, with large beds, two nice full bath rooms, a kitchen with oven + fridge + microwave + dishwasher + blender + traditional coffee maker + toaster, kitchen supplies, a living room, and a dining table. The resort features 3 heated pools (one outside pool for families, one outside pool for adults, one inside pool), free mini golf, a fire pit, a playground, a free arcade with great games, and a hot tub for all ages. The pool had a nice bar/restaurant where you could order drinks and food and they played great music. The location could not be better- we went to Busch Gardens and the directions took us to a less crowded lane to get in to the park. We were less than 15 minutes from anything we wanted to go to- downtown Williamsburg, Jamestown, Busch Gardens. Check in was easy, but the staff at check in was not very quick (even with very few people in line to check in). Parking was super close to the room, so unpacking was easy. Thank you for an amazing stay! This was our best vacation in years! Kids and adults all happy :)

We had wonderful time while in town. The resort is conveniently located to all the attractions. The staff is friendly and they were available when we needed them. The resort is gated and we felt safe staying there. We would definitely stay here again.

There is so much to do at this location. Good competitive prices with local hotels that have less the the resort. Worth a try.

Excellent Stay
Our stay was so much better than we expected! The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We were traveling with children under 5 and this property made our trip so relaxing and much less stressful! The decorations are a little outdated but the staff, amenities and location make up for it all!

Never enough time!
I absolutely love Williamsburg! There is so many things to do and I never seem to stay long enough to do everything. I guess I will have to come back again! Our accommodations were great. We could have used the kitchen more but we just enjoyed eating out so much. I really enjoyed the spacious shower. The staff was always very niceAnd accommodating. There Was quite a bit for the kids to do there we just did not have time to do everything. We would definitely stay there again.
