We loved the location of this home. Close to the beach and a great wooded area. The property is older than it appears in listing but we s in good shape. It is a lacking amenities we’ve found in similarly priced properties we’ve rented but we had the basics. Would suggest bring extra blankets, pillows and comfort items. Property management was great to deal with and we enjoyed our stay overall.

My friends and I loved our stay at this property, the area around it is beautiful, really close to the beach and the house itself was super cute with multiple areas to hang out and have a great time.

This house is perfect for 12 adults.
It’s a few steps to the beach, you sit in the kitchen with huge windows watching the deers. There is a screened in room that is such a great gathering space -The house is tucked in the woods. We had a great time… hoping to rent again soon

Had to vacuum entire house upon arrival because floor was so sandy we couldn't walk barefoot. Massive ant infestation. All kitchen counters were covered with ants (thousands of ants) with 1 old/empty ant trap on the counter. Fruit flies on/in any drink you had in minutes if left unattended. Aside from those deal killers, it’s an otherwise decent house.
I was also not reimbursed the $27 I spent on ant traps, and my messages were ignored after a certain point.
I’ll never rent from this company again.
With a nightly charge as high as this, should be a clean and insect free house.
No offer has been made to compensate me at all, not even to repay me for the ant traps I bought.
Wish I could upload the video of the ants. It was disgusting.

Great location, short walk to the beach, nice property, well appointed kitchen, nice grille outside. Everything was nice. Very happy with the property

We stayed a week with our family (all 13 of us), ranging from 1 - 60. It was a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the house that felt like a cottage in the woods and enjoyed the beach which was a short walk away. We enjoyed antique and specialty shops close by, played tennis and pickleball at a public park, enjoyed a free concert at a local park. The screened porch was especially nice for late night board games that didn't wake sleeping babies.

The house was very clean, had nice furniture and appliances, and was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and even beach towels. Beach access was only a couple minute walk. Local roads were good for bicycling to restaurants, markets and breweries.

Amazing place and location!
We had a family reunion/retreat at this property. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. The house is literally a minute away from the beach, the sound of the waves from the lake was very relaxing. Fantastic experience.
