The property was very clean and modern with plenty of space inside. Great location with parking available outside the property. The owner was very helpful as we arrived at 5am. We well recommended this property needing to staying in the Burnley area.

Spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely modern kitchen and living area. The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom was superb (spotlessly clean and beautifully designed), with a built-in hair dryer and hand dryer. There was plenty of space throughout the property - it will sleep up to 7 people (including 2 couples) comfortably. Free wifi and smart TV were a nice touch.
I didn’t dislike anything. I think a couple of touches, such as kitchen roll in the kitchen and a toilet brush and cleaning fluid in the bathroom, would have been useful but, otherwise, the property was lovely.

It wasn’t an appartment. It was a house. Parking was on street parking near the property
We were a party of 6 and not enough seats to sit on. Just had a 3 seater sofa and 3 bar stools in the kitchen.

The house was very clean & and accommodated us for our family of 5, good parking right outside house, that was very helpful, the backyard was clean & tidy, everything worked. We had a good stay, it was nice someone was there to meet us & let us in.
I had to pay £100 deposit when we got there by bank transfer & when we left I txt the nice man who let us in to say we'd left & within 30min the deposit was back in my account.
He always replied to my messages quickly & was very helpful. Very pleased thank you.
I can't really say there's anything we didn't like about this house, we did recommend maybe another 1 or 2 chairs in the sitting room for comfort & they said thank you for my opinion, but this didn't impact our stay.

clean, tidy, absolutely everything you could possibly need, the owner has gone far and beyond to make the property welcoming and appealing, nothing too much trouble, lovely relaxing stay, very comfortable

We loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Was great

Really friendly helpful, very clean property close to shops and venue. Tea and coffee available. Beds comfortable. Was able to check in early and check out later was really flexible and a genuine lovely man

The owner was helpful beyond belief. He made time to meet us everthough it was not within the stipulated check in time. He quickly assisted us with a reliable taxi service, and the property was exactly what we required.
The stairs to the bedrooms were steep, or was that the drink, anyway a very small point which can't be changed

The house was spot on it was clean and tidy everything you need there, shower is good boiler is spot on faultless would defo stop there again if up that way and you have loads of shops around that area.
