Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (voile, plongée sous-marine et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances non-fumeurs a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Sautez dans votre voiture et parcourez le trajet de 3 minutes jusqu'à Torquay Beach ou de 3 minutes jusqu'à Torquay Sands Golf Club (et quand vous n'êtes pas sur les routes, profitez du parking mis à disposition par l'hébergement).
Prenez la route du retour et accordez-vous une pause bien méritée auprès de votre petit nid pour les vacances avec un jardin et un bain à remous où boire un verre en toute tranquillité. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi et télévision.
Préparez un bon petit plat maison dans la cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire : un four, une plaque de cuisson et un réfrigérateur, mais aussi une bouilloire électrique, un micro-ondes et des ustensiles de cuisine. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux et des serviettes. Et grâce à la machine à laver et au sèche-linge, vous pourrez même voyager léger. A great place , spacious and comfortable house with a short drive to beach and 10min walk to coffee shop and supermarket.

The space was really great, everyone had their own space to do different things. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and was clean and fresh on arrival. The beds so comfortable, plenty of beds and clean linen, really nicely decorated and the fresh Lillys on arrival were a really nice touch. The host was very responsive. The supermarket is a 5 min walk away. It is just outside of the city centre so it was nice and quiet without congestion in peak time. Unfortunately some areas need some further attention (we cleaned the fridge before use, and a few fixtures had wear and tear such as toilet roll holder downstairs, blinds and screen doors but nothing we couldn’t manage). Other reviews said parking was not available, it is! There is plenty of parking out the front. The back parking and garage is not available but not necessary. A BBQ would have been great! Overall I would absolutely return! Thank you so much for having us!

Home is located in a newish residential subdivision, but just 5 minutes drive away from Torquay’s attraction area.
Central heating, hot showers, kitchen, laundry room, backyard, Netflix, and perfect for those with pets (if owner allows).
Shane is highly communicative and replies within minutes.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t park at the property. There’s all day kerbside parking across the road, so it wasn’t a big deal.
There’s a big oval across the road if backyard isn’t enough to burn the kids’ energy.
All in all, it was a good stay and would recommend for families.

Spacious and comfortable home for families, with all the amenities you need. Also very close to supermarket and cafe and a short drive to the beach. Shane was a lovely host and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Poor hygiene and no car park spaces
The property design was quite nice however it had cleanliness issues: pet hair on furnitures, dirty floor and worse of all the microwave and certain rooms smelt like urine. Property garage and driveway was was occupied and our family did not have enough spaces to park our vehicles.

Not ready for visitors
This is a nice property but unfortunately they were not ready to accept visitors - the house was not very clean, there was open food in the fridge, dirty linen in the laundry, owners clothing still in the cupboards and used face cloths in the cupboard under the bathroom sink.
