This property has it ALL!!! We have stayed in lots of VRBO's and this one has almost anything you could think of to make your stay comfortable & fun! The hubby & I came for a little getaway for our 10 year anniversary and it was so relaxing. The scenery around this property is gorgeous. We enjoyed the amenities the house has and the location! We fished from the pier, they recently added a gorgeous fire pit. They have festive lighting plenty of comfortable seating outside and the pool is awesome! It had plenty of supplies, dishes, linens. Not to mention the hospitality and communication with the owner was top notch! We will definitely be back to stay here again!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

We had the best time this weekend even with cold snap. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of things to entertain ourselves.
Host were very easy to communicate with and prompt to answer any questions.
I would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

We rented this to accommodate ourselves and a few additional friends and family members while we celebrated my husband’s birthday. It was absolutely perfect. It’s right on the lake in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen and outdoor grill provided everything we needed to entertain guests. The heated pool, hot tub, and fireplace were enjoyed the entire weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were super nice and helpful and answered all of my questions incredibly quickly. Highly recommend.

We took our family of rambunctious boys to this amazing home for a getaway over the winter holidays, and it was everything we'd hoped for, and more! The home was pristine, and the communication with the property owners was excellent. They were so accommodating to us and quick to respond to any questions we had. Our boys absolutely loved the pool, and we enjoyed all the amenities, like the game room, outdoor TV, and hot tub. We were able to grill and create easy home-cooked meals with the fully-stocked kitchen. We can't wait to return in the summer!

Where do I start? What an amazing find this place is?The communication with the property managers/owners was exceptional! They were very informative and helpful. The home itself had everything you could need, or want in a vacation rental. Absolutely stunning private lakefront views and amazing pool/spa setup. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family and can't wait to rent it again next year! Thank you for the amazing hospitality and allowing our family to enjoy this beautiful home of yours.

The pictures of the property don’t do it justice. It’s absolutely stunning and the perfect location for a getaway. The bed was absolutely amazing, fluffy, and comfortable and there was nothing forgotten when it comes to what you need for a stay.
More importantly, Dan was 100% responsible and helpful whenever I had questions about the home. He even had the handy man come over on the spot when I couldn’t figure out the fireplace.
We look forward to returning in the future and are so fortunate we found this gem with such amazing hosts!

Place was spotless and full of fun things to do! Pool and hot tub were the main draw, but shuffleboard and the pool table were a big hit. The small cove/inlet was super quiet during the week and then became more alive during the weekend with visitors. We ran into a small issue during our stay, and it was fixed within a couple of hours of contacting property manager. Excellent communication prior to and throughout our stay...would highly recommend.

This house has everything you would want for comfort & entertainment. The house is a great location to enjoy lake life, Longhorn Cavern & Inks lake state Park. We have 4 kids, two of them teenagers. Each stayed off the screens because there was so much to do: paddle board, kayak, Foosball, corn hole, darts, hot tube/ pool and a pool table. We absolutely enjoyed our stay & would recommend it to our friends & family.

We had wonderful time. The house is absolutely gorgeous, fully stocked and great location. So comfortable and spacious. The host were very friendly and quick to respond. The pool and hot tub were great and the yard is very big. You can opt to get pol heated in colder months, but it felt just like cool river water. Very refreshing to go between the pool and hot tub. The game room and all this house has to offer, will most certainly be back! I recommend this house to anyone that has a large group. You will not be disappointed. We stay in a vacation homes 2 to 3 times a year. This is by far the best.

This house was perfect for our family. Extremely thoughtful hosts. We even discovered a dog bed on our last day. We had fun using the outdoor TV to watch the UT game from the pool and our kid caught a few catfish.

This property is perfect! Amenities galore! Spacious, clean and excellent location. The pool is an added bonus with all the extras for a fun time. Excellent communication with our hosts. I HIGHLY recommend and would love to come back for our next mini vacay!

Had a great time on our stay. We had a family group with grandparents to middle schoolers. House was nice and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to hang out and offered all the conveniences. We enjoyed the pool and kids loved fishing! Communication was excellent and it was an overall positive and easy experience, definitely recommend.

Lots and lots of detail went into making this a very good rental. It is over stocked with kitchen items and toys/game items, indoor, and outdoor accommodations. Comfortable sitting and sleeping items.
The exterior pictures are old. They built a new two story home quite close to pool area but protected privacy with few windows.

The home was in a great spot for us and our pontoon, we were right off the main lake which was nice to store our boat without the main traffic waves. The home was very nice, well maintained and clean. The pool is a great plus! We had a great weekend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Lake LBJ. The house was clean, kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary items, and bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The house is even more spacious and cozy than the pictures display. This was the perfect escape from Austin for a week with the family.

The family and I enjoyed our entire stay with the plenty of activities to do. The kids caught plenty of Brim and Bluegill. The teenagers enjoyed the kayaks and pool. As for the adults we loved the shuffleboard and comfortable living areas. Check in and out we’re very easy and simple. We are grateful for the hospitality and possibility to stay in such a wonderful home. We would definitely return.

We wholeheartedly rate this property 5 stars. The house was extremely clean and one of the best stocked vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals at the house. The location of the house was great- in a beautiful neighborhood close to supermarkets and other amenities you’d want on vacation including a boat rental/marina. The home sits on a calm arm of the lake where my kids were able to comfortably and safely enjoy the kayaks and SUP that the property has available. The pool was also fabulous and we enjoyed the large outdoor TV and covered patio. The home was large enough to very comfortably fit 8 people. The host was super responsive and friendly and was great to work with. They made everything very user friendly and easy. Highly recommend!

Great for our family getaway. Property as pictured. Management responded quickly to our questions & made check-in so easy. Tree shade over pool was wonderful. Even though weather was exceptionally hot, we enjoyed the outside & inside. We had some pretty competitive table shuffleboard games too. Really appreciated how dog friendly the property was and hope to visit again in the future.

We were three generations in this lovely house. It is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need including understanding hosts that helped this 74 year old deal with her lack of electronic knowledge😀I would recommend it for everyone. My youngest daughter wanted me to add that she really appreciated that there was very comfortable seating for all of us which is not always the case in places we stay and my middle daughter wanted me to say she really appreciated her emergency needing to bring her dog. Thanks again and we will be back next year.

I would highly recommend staying at this immaculate, well supplied rental. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The pool is great and amazingly some part of the pool is shaded most of the day. Full size W/D. Well stocked kitchen. Towels both beach and bath were good quality. Layout of the house, bdrms + bathrooms was perfect.
We all had a great time and would rent again and again. Finally, working with the owners were absolutely great.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house is great and it has everything you need. The pool was heaven with the super hot days. Loved that they allowed us to bring our 2 fur kids as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again

We loved our time at Sweet Summer Cove! The property is lovely. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked. The fenced yard and pool are gorgeous and offers a great view. The fact that dogs are allowed is a definite plus.

We had a wonderful time! The house had everything (and then some) that we could think of. It made grocery trips and cooking easy. Plenty of blankets, towels, and amenities that we tend to overlook when packing. The pool was a hit with the hot weather. Each room has a large TV, and everyone slept comfortably. The property was clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive to all of my texts and messages. We stayed with our boxer pup and he had a blast in the gated yard and was able to run around. Our kiddos and friends ranging from 6 years to 14 years loved the pool and the easy access to the main lake. Definitely will be back.

We loved having the beautiful pool and various games at the house to enjoy when we weren’t out on the lake, and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly want. The home is on the water and has a great view of the sunset from the back porch. Communication with Dan was awesome!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Sweet Summer Cove has every amenity you would need for a getaway to the lake. We stayed with friends to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and both the kids and adults found plenty to do from spending time in the pool/hot tub, paddle boarding and kayaking, nightly games of shuffle board, pool, and foosball. Ashley, Dan, and John were extremely helpful providing information before arrival to allow a seamless check-in and start to our vacation. Communications during our stay were timely and attentive. Highly recommend staying at this wonderful location on the lake!
